Sore when you get up?

As you get older your body starts to change, and I mean really change, often in a bad way. It starts to wear out after all the vigorous movement from younger days. Age isn't the only thing that takes a toll on your body. Even so, it eventually hurts to move. Often it even makes it hard to sleep comfortably. Here are some suggestions to get a more comfortable nights rest.

Back problems

The most common cause of back problems is a bad mattress. A sagging or too soft mattress can not provide enough support for your body. Even when you are young, it is not a good idea to strain your back sleeping on an uncomfortable mattress. Many people don't realize that they have a bad mattress until someone suggests it, so you may want to go and check.
There is a solution to the problem of a sore back. I have found that futons are very comfortable for the body, and for the eyes to look at. Another suggestion is a sofa bed. These are also comfortable. Below are some of my recommendations for helping your back.

Other problems

There are of course other physical problems which can be caused during the night while resting. Sore necks are often another big problem. Usually this is solved by getting a new pillow. I find that flatter pillows are the best for my neck, so that the elevation doesn't further hurt my neck. Jelly bean pillows are my favorite because they curve around your head to give you extra support.
Another common problem is when reading in bed, people strain thier eyes. For this, there are lamps which match futons. Check some out on my lens Futon Accessories.

Back pains

Back problems could ruin your life. Continued back pain limits your actions. To keep active later in life, you need to take action right now.
