I want to get bigger and be more cut! I just want to have a ripped body! I want to look like those guys in the "300" movie. I want to look like Brad Pitt in "Troy". I want to be Arnold. Have you asked yourself these questions? Have you imagined what it would be like if you were? If you're like me, then you know how hard it is to gain muscle and lose fat. It is a struggle for every pound to add to your body that's lean muscle and not just fat. I sweated and lifted and ended up exhausted without a muscle in sight.
I read so many magazines, "year end reviews" and questioned everyone in the gym that looked bigger than Christian Bayle in "The Machinist." I tried supplements till i was broke. I got poorer from: buying supplements; high priced personal trainers that knew less than me; and gym memberships. And, after all that, I still didn't gain muscle nor lose fat nor did I look like Arnold. I'm sure you have already read that the more muscle you put on the more fat you lose.
So the concept is easy, Once you get the ball rolling, the gain muscle / lose fat scenario is a done deal. So the real secret is gaining the muscle. If you are like me, then you are impatient and want to do some method that is proven to get results fast. I don't want to waste my time on something that is not going to end up with a real world class body. Luckily, this is not a magazine. I am not selling a subscribtion that I want you to buy over and over every month. That is why the magazines never work. Why would they print something that worked? So you could stop reading them and never buy another one? I would prefer to just show you how to gain muscle and lose fat and go on about my business and help the next guy or gal out. Some things to think about are diet. I am sure you've read that you have to feed the muscle, just like people feed the fat. Do you know to eat "complete" proteins. What about complex carbohydrates? You must learn which proteins and carbohydrates are needed to build solid lean muscle and lose fat.!
