If you want to gain weight quickly, then you are definitely in the right place. You see, gaining weight is not nearly as complicated as most people make it. I myself have been guilty of this in the past.
However - despite being a hard gainer - I was able to gain 25 pounds of muscle in 2 months. Here is how to gain weight quickly.

If you want to gain weight fast, than you need to really focus on your diet. You see, your diet makes about 70% of your results. You can work out as much as you want - you will never gain any real muscle if your diet sucks.
Here is the golden rule to any weight gaining diet: Always consume more calories than your body burns each day.
So what do you need to do?
Simply track the amount of calories you consume each day for the next week or so. After you have a fairly consistent average, add 400-500 more calories to that number.
If you can keep up with that diet CONSISTENTLY then you will gain the muscle you want fairly quickly.

Don't Over-Train

Most hard gainers get caught up in the trap of over training. At one time I was working out for 7 days a week. I had the belief that I needed to work out more since my body was not good at building muscle.
This is dead wrong.
You should only work out 3 days per week. Rather than do split body workouts I suggest you work out your full body each time. This has been proven to stimulate your testosterone levels. Testosterone is extremely important for building muscle.

Slow Down
Gain Weight Quickly
Your reps need to be slow and deliberate. Never pause at any time during the repetition. Each movement - whether it's lifting the weight or lowering it - should take about 2 seconds to complete.
This will ensure you tear the most muscle fibers during your work out. Tearing your muscle fiber is what begins the muscle building process. This is essential to gain weight quickly.
