There are no instructions or manuals included with the games. Gamerang is the only service I've seen that requires a deposit. While this only applies to the 3-out and 4-out plans, it is an additional cost. You will get a refund when/if you cancel your membership, as long as you send back any games you have out within 7 days. I also couldn't find any parental controls.
