I'm just not the outdoor type, except for camping. Never was good at sports and usually got picked last for teams in PE class. However, I do love card and board games. A couple of my favorites are Cribbage, King in the Corner and Spoons.

i am spending my holidays right now in kuala lumpur. they are selling lots of kids stuff in the streets. i wanted to buy these multi-colored boomerangs which can be shot up in the air then come back to the shooter. by the way, it is quite warm outside. the climate makes the people younger.

There are so many educational toys that are similar to computer games, and I think that the kids learn a lot from these. As well there are great online sites like Sesame Street, Disney channel, and Yahoo Kids to just name a few, I know that my grandchildren are probably a bit young at the moment but next year I wouldn't discourage them from this

    Games are great ways to bond. Me and my grandmother used to play checkers all the time right up till she passed away. It's one of my fondest memories of her. Well worth doing. I even got her to try a video game or two, but she always came back to checkers.

    My son often surprises his teachers with his general knowledge - gleened from construction/citybuilding type computer games.I never allow mindness shooting games, although we do have really good laughs as a family on the Wii sports activities.

    My favorite board game is Cribbage because we played it in tournaments at family reunions. Playing it always brings back fond memories of my family members still here and since gone.
