    These are some of the best movies made and the actors are my favorite, Robert De Niro is the man and Al Pacino is one of the best actors around.

    I am a huge mob fan. Just a fan not a member. So I watch all the good movies. Godfather, Goodfellas, Scarface to name just a few. This lens made me watch Goodfellas again. I love it.

    Fabulous idea!

    I saw you also mentioned bad girls; while no gangster, Mae West is one of the most quotable bad girls that I know of. My favorite Mae West quote is, "When I'm good I'm very good, but when I'm bad I'm better."

    How about Sharon Stone in 'The Quick and the Dead' with her saying, 'Some people deserve to die.' (I know, not the best plot, but I found it really cool that a woman could look so hot in that outfit and be a great gun-slinger too).

    Thanks for the great suggestion and that is such a classic Movie! Have to watch "The Quick and the Dead" again and add some quotes here, yes even there were some bad azz people (gangstas) in the cowboy days!

    I never realized how many gangster movies there are. The Godfather is the first one I thought of before I read the list. I like Al Capone's quote on Canada!

    It's great seeing Al Capone in Boardwalk Empire. Great quotes, I read them all. As for the best gangster movies list, I pretty much agree with you, save Scarface - I think that ones a little overrated.

    Wow! What an excellent lens! And what a terrific list of movies! Makes me want to head out to the video store immediately. Three, I've not yet seen...but now plan to. I might add "Donny Brasco" and "Miller's Crossing"...but that's no criticism. And even without any mention of one of my favorite TV series of all time, "The Sopranos," I've still gotta give this lens a solid thumbs up. It's a favorite!
