Ganoderma Lucidum health investigation

if you have no idea what this herb I am about to talk about is, you are not alone. In the western world, the ganoderma mushroom has gone much un-noticed for all of its potential health benefits and for a while was ruled "a fungus with no nutritional, or health value". This was not the only mushroom to be deemed this way, infact even shiitake mushrooms were rulled much the same way and until just recently have not been thouroughly studied for the health benefits they could provide.
