Post High School (HS) life and undecided college program is ever taking toll on young students. It's natural to lose interest in traditional college program; therefore, young students applying for Gap Year is rising, meteorically. Learning through traveling and practical experiences can help them understand what they are good at, explore future aim of life, and decide what college program suits best for them. Many students have succeeded academically in college after taking a year gap.

Volunteering abroad is not an experiment anymore. Colleges now provide a yearlong extension for HS grads or fresh college students to volunteer, in own community or world wide.
