I love a good salad! I will have to give this one a try. Fresh, crisp veggies and a great light dressing make a good salad. The simpler the better!

I think a great salad has a variety of taste sensations. I also like to add fruit and nuts to my salads...perhaps some dried cranberries or a few sliced almonds. Nice lens! 5*

In addition to tempting me with a delicious new salad recipe, you've mentioned two of my favorite kitchen tools. I use my Tupperware Quick Shake Container all the time, usually to make hummingbird nectar. I also love my salad spinner! Artfully designed lens. Squid Angel Blessed.

Thanks for adding this to my Thanksgiving side dish lens. What I really should do is make this salad and eat THIS as my main dish AND dessert. Maybe then I wouldn't gain any weight that day.

Yummy! In the summertime we especially enjoy lettuce, tomato, onion and sometimes I add even some bits of angel pasta and/or boiled shrimp. The salad recipe looks great and the OXO is very interesting. I have been researching salad spinners since I put mine in a yard sale years ago!
