Super Easy Garlic Lemon Chicken Recipe

Garlic Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

2 or 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
½ cup lemon juice
1 Teaspoon dried or 2 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper, to taste
6 Skinless Breast halves or Chicken Cutlets
You can use legs or any other part of the chicken you prefer but the cooking time will be longer if you choose to use a boned chicken part.

Directions

Combine all ingredients except the chicken into a large bowl.

Mix well.

Add the chicken to the garlic mixture and coat well.

Place chicken in the refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 2 hours. (Turning occasionally)

When ready to cook, you may either grill the chicken or roast it in the oven. Either method should take approximately 15 to 20 minutes for it to be cooked through. Turn the chicken 3 or 4 times during cooking to brown on both sides.
Serves 4 to 6

Garlic Lemon Chicken is delicious when served with a baked potato and a nice salad.
