Garmin Nuvi 1390 is Recommend
I just bought Garmin Nuvi 1390 GPS from Amazon and I'm having no problems with it at all. No sure why others have a problem with the speaker but it sounds fine to me. I bought this to replace my Nuvi 350 and it's a major upgrade. The menus are much nicer and I like the Speed Limit display. I did have a little trouble with the bluetooth. After pairing my iPhone the "Phone" icon disappeared from my GPS. It didn't seem to recognize my iPhone anymore. I went to the Garmin website, downloaded the 2.70 upgraded software for this unit (which has fixes for the speaker and bluetooth), did the pairing again, and now it works fine. I would definitely recommend this unit. Anyone who's having problems should download the latest software for this GPS from the Garmin website.

I have had Garmin Nuvi 1390T product for about a month and have taken it on four trips: two to large cities and two to rural towns. In all cases its performance was outstanding. The screen is clear and easy to read at a glance. The turning lane guidance is especially handy in the city. The voice is clear and timely without being annoying. Highly recommended especially with the non-slip dash-top holder.

The NUVI 1390T is faster on startup and recalculations than the older units. The traffic alert feature works just great. The hands free "Bluetooth" phone feature is clear and minimizes the traffic ticket potential. Not to mention the portability and security of just putting it in your pocket when leaving the car. All together the 1390T is a great buy. The start up is very easy and user friendly. I have a total of four Garmin units and have not been disappointed with any of the GPS units. I recommend this unit and this company to friends and family when my opinion is requested.

this is one of the best gps out there, I bought this gps for vacation to lake tahoe trip ,it work flawlessly gps signal really strong while I cross sonora forest at 9000 feet , that amzing ,this gps dont need external antenna like the other model I have.and live traffic function really help.RECOMMENDED
