Hi, my name is Gary J Kidd.

I was born and raised in Kent, UK and spent most of my early life working in or around London. I still believe it is the best City in the world but I am probably biased!

At the age of 25 I started a construction company there and in two years took that company to a turnover of $2 million a year. I had a great life style with two houses in England and a Villa in Spain. In 1989 the Margaret Thatcher boom period came to end and with it my company.

I lost everything and went from a Prince to a Pauper overnight.
I still remember clearly that feeling of losing everything I had worked hard for. I could have sat down in the corner and melted away into insignificance, but that was never my style.

I took a job working as a tele sales person for an Automobile Insurance company. After six months they made me a team leader, and within another 3 months, I was one of their company trainers. All the new people joining the company were trained by me. I even wrote a training manual at that time.

However, there I was, working hard and creating a lot of great sales people but I was still only getting paid a basic salary. The boss was getting rich while I was doing all the work as such. Having worked for myself nearly all my life, I couldn't handle the situation and decided to leave.

I started another construction business and actually moved it over to Germany in 1995. The collapse of communism meant that there were a lot of opportunities for companies in East Germany back then.

Two years later I had over 30 men working for me and my life style was beginning to return to it's former state.

In 1998 I married my German wife Yvonne. My son Justin was born one year later.

Two problems then occurred. The first was that some companies were reluctant to part with their money and pay me for work I had done, and secondly I was spending too much time away from home. You see most of my work was in East Germany, but my home was near Munich in the south. I spent week after week living in Hotels and Guest houses and only visiting home for short weekend breaks once a month or so.

I knew then that I had to find another business to build if I wanted to spend more time with those that I loved.

My first experience of MLM was back in the early 90's. I looked at NSA a company doing Water Filtration systems. I thought the business aspect had huge potential.

In 2000 I decided to go online and look for opportunities that I could build from home.

In the following three years I gradually lost a lot of money trying various programs and doing everything myself. There were very few "mentors" back then and it really was a case of trial and error.

However, I was reasonably successful in building my mailing and contact list. I ran an online newsletter which had over 25,000 subscribers and paid me 4 figure a month income.

In late 2004, after the birth of my daughter Jamie-Lee, I came in contact with Scotty Paulson..

A self made millionaire in MLM and the owner of a Network Marketing company. He formally owned Changes International and helped 250,000 distributors make a part time living.

He was about to launch a new company in 2004 and I was fortunate enough to learn of this and put a system into place to pre-build my downline.

Well, the company launched and seven months later I had 15,700 paying members in my downline and a monthly group volume of just over $500,000.

I do not know of any other person who has built a downline of that size in such a short period of time.

This took me to the next level as such and allowed me to wind down my construction business and stay at home full time.

Scotty left that company and his partner in 2006. He decided he wanted to have his own company in the town where he lived as the travelling was getting too much and he was not spending enough time with his children. I knew how he felt believe me.

Scotty then formed Alive Worldwide. A soft launch back in July 2007 went according to plan, but his biggest concern was that the pay plan and structure of the company was not set up for long term growth.

He then contacted me and another Internet expert Pierre Chuong. He told us of the changes he was making to his company with regards to the pay plan. However, Scotty was not an Internet person and had built his previous success the old fashioned way!
He knew that with todays technology he needed people who could help him take this company to the next level.

I knew Pierre and had stayed in touch with him for over three years. He was the top recruiter in Scotty's former company and someone who had gone from nothing to earning a six figure income in a short space of time.

He actually made over $100,000 in two months with one program!

Pierre's Internet knowledge is immense and Scotty wanted to put us together to form a partnership that he believed would cause a tidal wave of excitement within the industry.
