A review of Global Domains International

As of September of 2008, I have become a member of Global Domains International, and I feel that now is a good time to write about my experience with global domains international, the good, bad, profitability, useful promotion tools, and other useful information about what global domains international has to offer. In this lens, I hope to tell you everything I know about that program. Basically, when it all sums up, if you join Global Domains International, you will essentially become a web hosting package reseller. Upon sign up, you will be able to get your own web hosting plan, build a website as you please (make sure you know what kind of website you want to make before joining of courses), and essentially become a reseller (where you can refer new customers to GDI and earn commissions for each new customer who you refer) by taking advantage of the 5 tier affiliate program that GDI has to offer.
Overview about Global Domains
Get all of the basic information here
In a nut shell, global domains international is a cheap web hosting firm/mlm that pays its members to sell bargain web hosting packages (which sell at a measly $10 per month) to each new member that signs up (by the way, many web hosting companies also have similar affiliate programs you can join if you haven't noticed, including web.com, godaddy, and network solutions)Ah, ever since the rise of the internet back in the 1990s to the general public (anyways), there have been many different internet marketing and similar money making opportunities that have popped up over the years. Some are legit, while others are scams, and there are several popular money making opportunities going around now, which includes selling stuff on ebay/amazon.com, traditional affiliate marketing (where you promote products on behalf of others via websites, blogs, etc for commisions), get paid to... (i.e., complete offers, surveys, shop, etc), as well as multilevel marketing (or mlms). I have been in the affiliate marketing business since July of 2008, and you are welcome to check out my affiliates at my websites: ryansjones.com , the snohomish emall (under construction) , and the snohomish ebook store (also under construction). But in addition to those, I have also decided to try my hand in one multilevel marketing firm (technically 2, counting the spider web system, which is more of a fancy downline builder than a mlm), called Global Domains International.
Summary of the company (by the way, you can learn more about global domains intl and its' background, products, etc, at: the company overview page here)
Global domains intl was formed around 1998, which was around the time when the infamous ".com" bust occured, and was founded by Michael Reed and Alan Ezeir, who invested in popularizing the ".ws" domain name, which was originally created on a pacific island, known as Samoa. And since then, the two founders have decided to start a mlm business that promotes web packages and domain names that use a ".ws" extension (by the way, if you are not interested in a ".ws" extension, they do offer the traditional domain name extensions as well, for a little extra cost) for only a measly $10 per month, plus a 7 day free trial on top of that. Since then, many different sales associates, affilites, etc have joined global domains international, gotten people to sign up under them, earn commissions for the web hosting package they open up, plus aditional commissions for each subsequent domain name they get (i.e., custom capture pages, leasing out websites to friends, etc). Although the commission rate is low (10% of $10 per month is $1 per month, per active member who gets a web hosting package, plus additional $1 per subsequent domain name they open as well), and there are plenty of superaffiliates that have scored big with global domains international (you can learn about them by viewing testiomonials, the presentation at my referral link, and interviewing other members). In a nutshell, global domains international is much like any other web hosting company that offers $10/month web hosting packages, complete with a domain name, up to 10 email boxes, domain forwarding, and all to make websites as they please. Also, active members can actually get some free traffic to their website (especially if they are active in the forum community, downline builders, etc), since other GDI members will check out websites of fellow members, naturally (of course, if you plan to get heavy to traffic to your site, you will still need to get your site exposed to the general public as well. For more basic info about the company and what it's all about, you can go to Global Domains International info for more info .
The Lowdown
This is all of the meety stuff you need to know about Global Domains Intl.
Here are some questions for you to consider. Are you a web master? Do you have at least $10 per month you are willing to invest (more if you decide to use paid advertising, get ebooks, camastia studio, and other optional expenses)? Are you looking to get your feet wet in the network marketing business? Do you want to make your own business website, but find that most web hosting services are too expensive to join? Do you have at least 1 year's worth of commission sales experience? Do you like to refer people to various companies? Do you have at least 10-20 hours a week you have to spare? Are you comfortable with the MLM business as well as affiliate marketing? If you said yes to those questions, Global Domains International just might be for you. Overview of Global Domains International
In a nutshell, Global Domains International is essentially a web hosting firm that sells web hosting packages complete with a domain name, up to 10 different email boxes, site builders, parking services, and all to its members for only a measly $10 per month (which is rather inexpensive when you compare it to many other web hosting firms). I have been with Global Domains International for several months now, am quite familiar with its system (I am making a 2nd version of the Snohomish ebook store at www.snohomish-ebook-store.net through Global Domains International, which I hope to complete within the next month or so. Anyways, upon joining global domains international, you will be able to purchase a web hosting plan (which comes with your membership), and initially you will be able to take advantage of what GDI has to offer completely FREE of charge for 7 days. After those 7 days are up, if you like what GDI has to offer, you will automatically upgrade to a full member and keep the web hosting package you get for only $10 per month (which is cheap when you compare it to many other multilevel marketing firms, by the way). Global Domains International can be expecially handy for new web masters who don't have a lot of extra money to spend $100's of dollars into getting their own website (at go daddy, for example, getting a domain name comes seperately from the web hosting plan you get, and at network solutions monthly fees are about $19 per month), those of you who want to make a business website but don't know how to give it a professional look. The site builder 4.0 that comes with the web hosting package actually has some nice professional looking templates you can use, and offers plenty of prebuilt widgets that you can add to your site (such as comment boxes, google adsense ads, etc), text boxes, an easy to use image gallery that allows you to easily upload and post pictures or videos, as well as other nice features, including search engine tools, including preconfigured key words and description meta tags that you can alter via the web site settings options. Of course, if you have your own server and rather build a website completely from scratch, you can opt to do that as well. Of course, how you use your website is up to you. Getting websites through Global Domains International is popular among affiliate marketers (probably due to the low monthly fees to have a website through them), though of course, you can always use it to create a blog, build custom capture pages, offer services to customers (such as carpet cleaning services), building a web store from scratch (can be handy if you don't want to get an expensive prebuilt web store through say Amazon.com, Fortune 500, which sells at $500 for a store, mydollarshop and ebay), or whatever. If you plan to do affiliate marketing, you will probably want to come up with a profitable niche to explore (preferrably one that is not very competitive). For example, if you are a hard core Xbox 360 fan, consider building a website that raves about Microsoft xbox 360 and products that are offered for the system, along with game reviews of games you've played, hardware you use, affiliate links to sites like Microsoft Store, Aces High WWII game, and similar gaming sites. I am building an ebook store myself, which will have a wide variety fo ebooks and related products covering various niches. Ideally, you will want to choose a low competitive niche since more competitive ones will be tougher to make your site to stand out and earn commissions. For example, if you built a website on body building, bear in mind that you have many other fitness gurus that also have websites on body building, and you will need to be able to compete with them if you hope to make money with affiliate programs that center around body building (such as iron gym, Vince Del Monte's No Nonsense Muscle Buildign, and others). Of course, you can always build a site that centers around a variety of audiences if you want to market to multiple audiences (such as web malls, ebook stores, and other sites aimed at multiple audiences). Well, with the web design aspect of Global Domains International said, now I will talk about the affiliate program GDI has to offer.
Overview of the 5 tier affiliate program
If you are good at affiliate/network marketing, you can make up to $100 to 1000 per month or more
Now, the affiliate program is completely optional. If you just want a website, you can just have a website through GDI and leave it at that. On the other hand, if you want to earn some extra cash in commissions, you can take advantage of the 5 tier affiliate program that Global Domains International has to offer, which runs on a downline system. By joining Global Domains International and getting a website through them, you automatically enroll into their affiliate program (which is nice if you want to be able to presell, since many other web hosting firms actually require you to apply to join their affiliate program through networks like commission junction, which means that you must be approved to promote), and with the affiliate program, you will essentially become a reseller, as you can turn around and refer new customers to Global Domains International and earn monthly commissions for the website they get through Global Domains International as well. Also, the customers you refer will essentially become your downline members, and if they turn around and refer new customers as well who also get a website through Global Domains International, not only do they earn monthly commissions for those sales, but you will get a monthly 10% cut off of what they sell as well, which runs down 5 levels deep. So for example, if you refer 10 new customers to Global Domains International, and they each turn around and refer 10 more new customers each, then you are making about $100 per month for those referrals. There is actually an income calculator you can make if you refer x number of people to that site who also refer x number of people to that site down to 5 levels under ideal conditions. Naturally, the bigger your downline is, the more money you will make with this system. Besides those, if you are good at referring new customers to GDI, $100 bonuses are also offered whenever you refer 5 or more customers in a given week, and $5000 bonuses are offered whenever you refer 1000 or more new customers in a given month (which can naturally be somewhat easy if you have a high traffic and converting website, and you are able to follow up with leads effectively). If you are good at affiliate programs and are familiar with downline systems, you should make a good ammount of money with Global Domains International. You might not make $10,000 or more per month, which is advertised in the sign up page, but if you are actively promoting GDI, know what you are doing,, and are able to effectively refer new customers to GDI, you should be able to make at least $100 or more in your first month. I am relatively new to affiliate marketing myself, so I haven't made very much money myself yet, but I have gotten almost 50 different leads since joining. Of course, people are becoming more aware of my links, and so it should not be long before I get quality sign ups. Here is what the earnings structure may look like if you referred 2 customers and they each referred 2 customers:
Level 1: you refer 2 customers: you make $2 per month
Level 2: your first level members each refer 2 customers: you make $4 per month
Level 3: your 2nd level members each refer 2 new customers: you make $8 per month
Level 4: your 3rd level members each refer 2 new members: you make $16 per month
Level 5: your 4th level members each refer 2 new members: you make $32 per month.
Note that this figure will vary more or less depending on obvious factors like: how many people are in your first level referrals, how active your downline is, your skill level, your downlines' skill level, how actively you and your downline promotes the opportunity, and other factors. I suggest that you promote other affiliate programs as well (you can join some at clickbank, clickbooth, linkshare, and/or commission junction) for more earnings potiential. You can also add google adsense, amazon.com content, and ebay content to your website as well if you choose (amazon.com and ebay also have affiliate programs that you can promote on your website).
Comparison between Global Domains International and other MLMs
every MLM is different you know
Obviously, Global Domains International is just one of the many different network marketing opportunities out there. If you are looking to join in the network marketing field, here are some things that set GDI apart from other mlms.Basics about GDI:
- what you would be promoting: the $10 per month web hosting packages that is offered at GDI, along with the website you make (you will be making your website from scratch by the way, unless if you are doing it for another company, planning to make a custom capture page, create custom referral links, etc).
- start up costs: $10 (covers the complete web hosting package you get, with a domain name, site builder, and all)
- optional fees upon joining: getting business cards, dvds to resell or distribute, the optional traffic booster program that you can join, and random referrals (or the phone verified leads program). Of course, with the website you make, optional fees might include: ppc advertising (if you go that route), joining and promoting other mlms on your website, getting upgraded memberships at traffic exchanges and downline builders (most are free to join, but do have optional membership upgrades for relatively low monthly fees), getting 1 on 1 mentoring (every upline is different by the way), getting payment processor programs (if you are planning to run a web store), accessories like flip cameras or camastia studios, and other optional stuff for promoting your site.
- Recommended Skill level: intermediate (beginners will definitely be in for a challenge at GDI)
- Diffulty of promotion: easy if you use traffic exchanges, list builders, ppc advertising, and other easy traffic generating techniques. Medium to hard if you use free methods (i.e., blogging, social networks, forums etc). One challenge that you will face if you use free methods is that referral links are not always welcome, there are people with mixed views about GDI and may try to recruit you into their MLM instead, and there are networks where mlms aren't welcome (such as ebay and myspace).
Things you might like about Global Domains International over other network marketing opporunties:
- low start up and monthly costs. If you can't even invest even $10 per month into network marketing, then you might not want to join in that field, as most do charge start up fees (after all, you are essentially buying into a franchise in an mlm industry and reselling what they give you to sell). Compare the $10 per month you would be paying at GDI with other mlms that might charge you say $1000 in start up fees. For example, I often get people trying to recruit me in the Vemma Builder mlm, which is a network marketing opportunity where you sell these smoothies, but when I checked out the sign up page, I learned that it would have costed $19 per month to be a Vemma Bulder member, as well as at least $300 for the sales kit you get. On top of that, there may be other costs as well, such as having your own website, getting coaching, etc. I also almost got recruited into Carbon Copy pro a while back, but I've learned that to join them, that there is a $49 sign up fee you have to pay, along with almost a $2000 fee in start up costs (according to various sources), along with almost a $150 montly fee (according to scamxposer, a website that reviews various internet marketing opportunities out there).
- If you know people who need to get their own website and don't have lots of money to invest, then $10 per month can be a good bargain for what they need.
- Because you would be making your own website with the web hosting package you get, the 5 tier affilaite progam you join through GDI does not have to be the only stream of income you generate via internet marketing. Depending on what kind of website you make, you can always use it either to promote your existing business (such as selling services to your customer), create a web store (for example, if you sell video games, you can create a web store with or without the site builder you get), design websites for others using this system. For example, you can get a website through GDI for $10 per month and resell it for say $20, or build the website for a client and charge maybe $50 for your services. Or maybe you are an affiliate marketer like I am and you can monetize your website through other affiliate programs and networks (such as marketing hot products from amazon.com, joining linkshare and promoting the various companies that offer affiliate program through linkshare or whatever)
- there are plenty of downline builders and similar services available to GDI members (including autoresponder systems at aweber or traffic wave to automatically follow up leads you get as opposed to manually following up with them, downline builders, and the like). In fact, if you are serious about joining GDI, you might also consider joining the spiderweb marketing system at www.thespiderwebsystem.com/ryansjones" enter your GDI info (you can also create a custom capture page through GDI via the spider web system if you want), join other programs if you like (I actually recommend that you join yuwie, zenzuu, and direct matches if nothing else, since they are business social networks aimed at web marketers, and even offer incentives for referring others to them as well). By the way, at the spider web marketing system, GDI is just one of the 12+ streams of income offered throug the spider web system. Also consider joining hits2u and taking advantage of their duplication system. You should also consider joining Clicksia and taking advantage of the guaranteed sign up offers program (where you can "bribe" other clicksia members to join GDI), and you should get easy leads if nothing else (of course, you can follow up with those leads and entice them to join, or even raising the bar so that sign ups have to actually sign up for the 7 day free trial before crediting their account) as well as clixense, which as a special promotion service you can take advantage of that is offered to GDI members (can be handy if you want to take a passive approach to promoting GDI), along with various traffic exchanges (you can get links to the traffic exchanges I use at my website .
- the invite system can be an easy way to get sign ups if you know people that might be interested in joining.
Things you might not like about GDI:
1. the lower investments will mean lower returns in investment. You pay $10 per month for the website you get, and whenever you get sign ups who also get a $10 per month website through GDI, you only get $1 for those sign ups (provided they get a website through GDI and upgrade to full member at the end of the 7 day free trial for at least 1 month or more). To make up for the low commission rate, $100 bonuses are offered to GDI members who refer 5 or more members who get a website through GDI in a given week, and $5000 bonuses are offered to super affiliates who refer 1000 or more new customers to GDI in a given month. Compared to say Vemma Builder, given the higher start up fees, you would be making at least $30 for each new downline member (plus additional earnings whenever they sell the products offered through vemma builder).
- because the emphasis is more on referrals, GDI can be confused with a pyramid scheme. On the positive note, though, earnings actually come whenever you refer someone that purchases a web hosting plan through them, which is no different than most other web hosting firms as they do have similar affiliate programs (i.e., go daddy, network solutions, yahoo, etc) where you can refer someone to that web hosting company and earn commissions for whatever web hosting package they get through those companies. GDI just does things a little differently with the tiered affiliate program as opposed to a traditional affiliate program, where whenever you refer new customers to GDI, they will essentially become your downline members, and you will earn additional commissions whenever they refer new customers as well (going down 5 tiers). By the way, Ken Evoy's Site Build It, for any of you who are familiar with that web hosting service, also has a 5 tier affiliate program as well, where you can refer new customers (btw, you do not actually have to get site build it to be an affiliate there) to that web hosting service, and you would make commissions for both the web hosting packages you sell and the web hosting packages that your referrals sell as well (going 5 tiers as well).
- like most mlms, GDI is not without its criticisms. Like most mlms, are going to be people who have mixed feelings about Global Domains, where some may rave about it while others may abhorr it and claim that it is scammy (probably because they can't seem to get people to join and get a web hosting package through them, and the fact that when dropping GDI, your upline will try to convince you to stay).
- Also like most mlms, the sign up page will definitely have you thinking that you are going to strike it rich and get your own Red Ferarri, but then, you will find that making commissions can be easier said than done (especially if you are inexperienced with affiliate programs or tend to slack off).
- The signature domain name is getting a website with a ".ws" extension (the referral link, you get, for example would be "www.website.ws/[yourname]" (where yourname is your screen name). On the postitive note, you are not required to get a ".ws" website and could just get a traditional one instead (like a ".com" or ".net" domain name).
My review of Global Domains International
Get the pros and cons
The good:- low start up fees (compare $10 per month with many other network marketing opportunities out there, and very few mlms if any are 100% free to join, besides The Spider Web Marketing System, which is really more of a downline builder than anything else.
- easy to use site builder (though occassionally, it can get glichy some times)
- there plenty of support available both from your upline (depending on who your upline is), along with other GDI members with the forums the company has for all GDI members wishing to interact with other members, and get good advice from the veteran members.
- getting a website through GDI is required if you plan to build a custom capture page with the spider web marketing system at step 4 (where you can build a custom capture page over the traditional referral link, which can be handy when it comes to promoting the system where referral links are not welcome, such as on most forums and social networks).
- While the commission system may be low, bonuses are available to high performers, and you can actually monetize the website you make through GDI with other affiliate programs, offering services to your clients, building a web store, or even promoting your existing business (I am actually doing that myself at www.snohomish-ebook-store.net by promoting various ebooks (through the
Clickbank Affiliate network) along with other stuff, including my affiliate stores at amazon.com (currently I have 2 web stores through them at http://astore.amazon.com/rjsavjoma-20 and the new niche store I have at http://astore.amazon.com/rjvideogamer-20
Recommended advertising tools
Need help promoting Global Domains International? Here are some ideas
1. Utilizing the invite system. Upon signing up, you will have an opportunity to invite others to join. If you know anyone that might be interested joining GDI, you can recommend the system to people you know using the invite system, and if it works, it can be an easy way to get sign ups or leads. Make sure you only send them to people you know or your subscribers, otherwise, it may be considered spam, and you can lose your account if caught.
2. Joining downline builders and promoting them. 2 popular ones that GDI members use are Hits 2 U and The Spider Web System . Both are free (though you can get more out of hits2u if you upgrade your membership there) to join and you can promote them at traffic exchanges and other mediums, and whenever you refer people to your downline builder, they will be placed under your downline at GDI if they sign up for Global Domains International through the downline builder and promote the downline builder as well. By the way, if you have the extra money to invest, you are welcome to join other downline systems served by the 2 downline builders, such as My Power Mall, Xocai, and others. The only downsides to downline builders are that: 1) you will have to build up your downline at your downline builders for them to work, and 2) the people you refer to your downline builder are not obligated to join your downline at say GDI (some may even bypass it if they already have an account with GDI). By the way, in my experience, I find promoting that it is much easier to promote hits2u (probably because of the free advertisements that all new members can make) than the spider web system (like GDI, most of the time people will become leads and will not go through the 12 steps, despite the fact that it is free to join). Also, if you go the hits2u route, one thing you might consider doing for best results is that you might consider getting a "paid" membership at hits2u, and then not only can you submit multiple advertisements, but whenever you get new downline members at hits2u, if you are a paid member, you can actually see their contact information (i.e., email address), which is a feature not available to free members, and so you could utilize the invite system at GDI whenever you get downline members at hits2u. This is how you could do that: 1) get a paid membership instead of the free membership at hits2 (it only costs $19 per month), 2) refer people to hits2u, 3) wait a few days to see if they join your downline at GDI (or mpm/xocai if you are a member at those ones), 4) if you get no response within say 3 days, you could use the invite system to try and entice them to join. By the way, that should not be considered spam, since they become prospects by joining hits2u and will probably be curious about "step 2" and want to take advantage of hits2u's duplication system sooner or later. By the way, if someone in you downline at hits2u becomes a lead at GDI, hits2u will follow up with your leads for you, which is nice. Just a suggestion. If you go the spider web route, you will probably want to get a custom capture page by completing "step 4" (where you build a custom capture page through GDI), and hit the traffic exchanges where the spider web system is allowed, and put as much credits towards the Spider web system as possible (surf for at least 2 hours a day minumum), and then sooner or later, someone should join your downline there. If you have the money, you could also go with PPC advertising since the company does offer good PPC bidding strategies to get leads and signups.
3. Buying and distributing business cards. GDI has custom made business cards you can buy and sell.
4. Take advantage of business social networks (besides the traditional ones like Myspace and Zenzuu) that serve business minded people. 4 I highly recommend (besides Squidoo) are Direct Matches (you will need to upgrade your membership at Direct Matches to get the most out of it, including its affiliate program), Yuwie , Zenzuu and Viral Networks . Like Squidoo, all of them also have revenue sharing programs that you can take advantage by referring others to them, and can be good places to look for prospective members.
5. Join and take part in forums. Where affiliate links are allowed in your signature file, you can post your referral link in your sig file and take part in the forum. Where affiliate links are not welcome, you will need to supply your own website and make sure your referral link is on your site. One big forum you can join is Warrior Forum at wwww.warriorforum.com. Currently, there are over 123,000 members that use Warrior Forum, and so you get active there, you can potientially get over 1000 or more page views a day from these forum members (since some may get curious about your links and click on them). Note: referral links are not allowed at Warrior Forum (even in your sig file), and so you will need to link to your website instead (make sure the referral link is on your website, of course) when going that route. Another good forum you can join is business forums at businessforums.com .
6. Selling DVDs to people. All GDI members can actually order DVDS at the Global Domains International website and give to prospective members (which are videos that have all of the information you need to know about GDI). You can sell them for say $6.00 each, and then you can make money simply by getting prospects (more if some of them get a website through GDI). Ebay can be one way to do it, though you will need to make sure to get people to bid. You can also sell it on craigslist or facebook.
7. Traffic Exchanges (pm me for a list of traffic exchanges I use) - these can be handy tools as you can surf other peoples' sites for credits (or page views) and give you free hits. Note: because of the new live chat pop up window that appears on the Global Domains International website, some traffic exchanges will not allow you to post your GDI link, and so you will want to use a downline builder instead (which is where hits2u or the spider web system can be useful).
8. Making youtube videos. One good site that I found where you can build and share videos is at Easy Video Producer as well as Camastia Studios.
9. Paid advertising. May get a little expensive after a while, but if you have the extra money for ppc advertising, go for it. Can give you easy hits, though I don't recommend PPC if you are new and are on a budget.
10. Get creative. I don't care how you promote, you can set up autoresponders in your email (hotmail now has an automatic vacation reply that you can set up and say something like, "thank you for your email...", and include a link to your website/GDI sign up page in that reply (can be handy if you get a lot of spam like I do as you would be sending them an offer of your own when they email you). Other ideas includes: setting up booths in malls (where soliciting is allowed), fairs, using word of mouth, offline advertising (i.e., door to door, posting ads in a newspaper, etc)., or whatever. You could also hire people to spread the word for you and give them a cut off of the commissions you make.
Hope that those gave you some ideas.

1. www.ebay.com (click on affiliates page to sign up) - do you like to shop or sell on ebay? Did you know that ebay pays people to promote sellers' products on your website? If you get a lens at squidoo.com, you automatically get access to promotions on ebay, and squidoo actually pays you to help promote their affiliates' stuff, such as things on ebay and amazon.com. You may want to take advantage of that fact if you get a squidoo lens. By the way, if you want to get a seller's account on ebay, I am a part of ebay's affiliate program on commission junction, where you can get an ebay store right from this website (referral link). If you want to start an ebay store (can especially be useful if you have a lot of items you want to sell, or a part of a large corporation wanting to expand your business online (as long as what you want to sell meets ebay's policies of course), please click on this banner :
2. Amazon.com - Like ebay, Amazon.com also has an affiliate network you can join. All you have to do is sign up at http://affiliate-program.amazon.com, and if you qualify, you can put plenty of widgets on your website to refer visitors to their websites, and earn extra money in referral fees. By the way, as with mydollarshop (see banner above), you can get a complimentary affiliate store where you pretty much have a store online, where Amazon.com gives you featured products to sell (of course, you don't have to process the orders or ship stuff, that is the responsibility of the merchants you are trying to promote). I have an amazon.com affiliate store myself, at http://astore.amazon.com/rjsavjoma-20 (feel free to check it out and buy stuff if any of them interest you).
3. Clickbank affiliate network- www.clickbank.com- clickbank is a popular affiliate network you can join. If you get a website through www.yourbizwebsites.com, all of the prebuilt content (such as duvet dollars, Average Joe Marketer, guy gets girl, etc) are hosted by merchants who are a part of the clickbank network, and so you would be required to get an account with them if you plan to monetize your prebuilt content that comes with your yourbizwebsites hosted site. Even if you don't have a yourbizwebsites hosted website (such as a GDI hosted domain), you may want to consider signing up for the clickbank affiliate network. If you are a merchant, the company has plenty of resources and services for you to get started with your internet business and set up your affiliate program, and if you are an affiliate, you can sign up for free, choose merchants who are offering affiliate programs, and get "hoplinks" from them to put on your website, and if people click on the hoplinks an buy what the merchant(s) have to offer, you can get hefty commissions. In fact, you can host any merchant on your website (beware of scams, though as some of the merchants are actually scammers, so you will need to avoid those unless if you don't care about taking part in their scheme to dupe people), and commissions offer range anywhere from 10% to 75% for driving in successful sales (varies by merchant, of course). If you are a beginner at affiliate marketing like myself and want to get started with an easy to join affiliate program, you probably don't want to pass up the opportunity to join. If you are interested, please click on this link: Click bank affiliate program.
4. Linkshare affiliate network and Commission Junction affiliate network: www.linkshare.com and www.cj.com these are some more popular affiliate networks you can join. Both have lots of retailers and well known companies that you can apply to join and promote their prodcuts on your website. Sign up is free, and all you need is a website to host them on and promote your website(s). Unlike clickbank though, at both commission junction and linkshare, you will have to apply for the programs you want to promote, unless if you qualify for lead advatage programs, which you will likely qualify for with lots of experience. Some well known companies that have affiliate programs through these networks include ebay (such as the banner link I posted above for ebay stores), game stop, microsoft (promote microsoft office products), blue bay resorts, hallmark, and others. Putting links to well known merchants and companies on your website could come to your advantage, since visitors to your website should be more likely to click on links to well known companies and merchants, as opposed to lesser known ones. If you are interested in joining Linkshare or Commission Junction and further monetize your experience at global domains, here is the link to commission junction: www.cj.com and the link to linkshare: www.linkshare.com
By the way, here is an advertisement from linkshare to better spurn your interest:
5. Clickbooth affiliate network- www.clickbooth.com like the above ones, clickbooth is another popular affiliate network you can join. Sign up is free, and like clickbank, you can promote any product or service you want, and don't have to apply for the affiliate programs you want to join. Also, unlike clickbank, many of the merchants and companies not only pay on commission basis, but many of them pay you simply to give them leads, and there are rare companies with clickbooth that pay by click (which means they pay you for simply giving them visitors). If you are interested in joining the clickbooth affiliate program, please click on this link: www.clickbooth.com
As with Linkshare, clickbooth does have its own advertisement to further entice you:
Another good mlm firm: lawnchair millionaire. It is a little pricer to join than GDI, but if you can recruit others, you can earn even more that way. My recruitment link there is: http://ryansjones.lawnchairmillionaire.com
