You need to have a strong focus and you need to be very determined on that focus. If you are an artist, writer or photographer you need to realize you will be jumping into a pool with millions of other writers, artist and photographers. A key is to generate as much traffic as possible.
I am learning new things every day. Something's have flopped, something's are working and something's are being fine tuned. I am trying very hard to learn different techniques. One of the biggest things I have learned is; we need to develop our own techniques according to our own individuality.
I am going to share how I am trying to generating an extra income online and will add places for you to enter your links. This is just another small attempt to help generate traffic in your direction.

I love to write!
Everything I do, I do because I have a strong desire to do it. I am a writer who has my own style of writing. My style of writing may not be politically correct because I write the way I would talk if you were sitting in front of me. But that does not stop me from writing. I try to be more self-conscious of my writing and try to write it where it makes sense, but I make mistakes! Yet, I even with the mistakes and my style of writing, I continue to thrive onward and not give up.Below are the three main writing sites I belong too. I know there is a ton more, I belong to several others but I am trying to weed out some places so I can place more focus on others.

My Artwork
My artwork comes from a deep place in my heart and a strong desire to portray the beauty I see in life. I want to portray an appreciation I feel for all of the small things in life that are so beautiful and yet passed up daily.I have my art displayed in a few different places. Again it is a matter of weeded out the spots that do not work. Two of my more popular sites are FineArt and Zazzle. I have been trying to decide if I was going to share a huge accomplish I just had very recently and decided that perhaps listing it here, would be a good place.
Recently, a publishing company contacted me because an author choose one of my pieces of art to place on a card in a new Inspirational Card Deck he is putting creating. These cards will be sold worldwide and this for me is a dream come true. It still feels like a dream, but I know I have signed the contract so it is real, right?
The reason I decided to share this information here is because I want everyone to know Dreams do come true!

My online store at eCrater
I run a business from my home and only sell items that are important to a spiritual path. My art room has become my business storage room. But I have this desire to provide items for other people who are walking a spiritual path and who may be looking for items. I know how aggravated I use to get when I wanted something and could not find it. Something I needed for spiritual reasons like black candles, sea salt or certain herbs. So the business I use to run outside the internet, now I run online.Even though my business is small, I still have a theme which is purple. It does not matter if a sale is for one dollar or fifty dollars, I treat each sale as special as the next. Each item is wrapped in purple tissue paper, a sincere thank you is enclosed along with a couple of extra business cards. Trust me when I say, it is all of the small things that leads to bigger things. The objective with all businesses is making sure your customers are happy, and that means better ratings, and returned customer.

In order to generate income-You must direct traffice to your sites!
One of the first items I use when making a new lens is the Health button to make sure my title, intro and main tag have a green light!
MOST IMPORTANT SITE I use now is: Google Keyword Tool You must have good keywords to bring traffice to you!
Squidoo offers a few places at the top right hand corner, always try to use them first, Stumble, Digg, Facebook,Twitter, Delicious, MySpace, lensrolling and emailing
