Gotta get one you can tease and mess up

Basically you need a long wig that you can mess up a little. Don't need anything fancy here but you need to have one that doesn't have short bangs. The bangs will need to be tied up to form a top of the head pony-tail to pull it all off.

Oh yeah, you definitely want one that doesn't cost a lot as you are going to mess it up pretty bad. You'll tease it all out and hit it with the hairspray to give it that rocked out look.

We believe every rocker should've worn one.

We believe that every rocker should've worn the cape as Gene Simmons so proudly did back then. Man, it just makes it! Again the theme here is cheap but feel free to do what you'd like. This cape can be easily modified to look like the bat wings and holes cut at the corners for you to put your fingers through to spread your wicked wings. (you'll need the scissors here too).

So you are not showing your bare essentials

Ravage your closet (or your parents closet) for those simply must have 80's dud's that nobody will ever throw away (has to be black and skin tight and drape your self in them. You're probably not gonna find anything that's gonna measure up to KISS status but you just might get lucky. If you have some old tight fittin' black jeans (if they taper even better) and find yourself a black lycra t-shirt (can pick it up at a Walmart if you need to) and get ready to strut your stuff.

One thing to remember, I don't think you can over accessorize this costume. Gene had a love affair with all things spikey, silver, studded or black.

These are great and somewhat mimic Gene's platform shoes although you'd be hardpress to find a pair exactly like his (I haven't been able to find ones that were not over $300 so these will suffice). They come in both black and silver and will lift you high to the stage to finish out the Gene on stage warddrobe.

Why not get it the cheapest you can.

Well, since for the most part you are only gonna wear it once (hopefully) a year. why not get it the cheapest that you can. A lot of times you'll find the full suits right there waiting for you. Just remember if you are bidding on something that you'll want to get it early and take into account the shipping.
