Excellent service, great writing (punchy, just the facts, easy to read), great layout and graphics (no bookmark menu on pdf though). Package was delivered quickly in plain padded envelope (so no embarassment there). Only negative in my opinion is that they have taken the security of their product to the 'nth degree, putting it on CD-Rom when it could have been downloadable, and fixing the password on the ebook. That's all fine and understandable and shows what a value they put on their product, I just found it a bit inconvenient having to wait a couple of days for postal delivery.
