Are You Entitled to Personal Injury Compensation?

If you suffer an injury, you may be entitled to legal compensation for the expense of putting things back to normal after the accident. Often there are hidden legal costs which mean that you are left with very little of the compensation that the judge awards you when you win your case. This article explains how you can keep 100% of the compensation awarded to you when you win your Personal Injury case.

You Deserve 100% of Your Compensation Money

MoneyHave you ever been involved in an accident that was not your fault? Perhaps you've had a car accident where another driver was at fault and you suffered injury to yourself and to your property? With more than 222,000 Road Traffic Accident casualties and 150,000 injuries at work reported in the UK each year, a large proportion of us will unfortunately suffer some sort of personal injury at some time in our lives. It is therefore important that you understand how to get 100% Compensation.

If you suffer an injury, you may be entitled to legal compensation for the expense of putting things back to normal after the accident. These expenses include medical fees, time off work, repairing personal property and legal costs. It is therefore very important that you are getting the right compensation advice so that you can recover 100% of the money you are entitled to.

What is a Conditional Fee Agreement or No Win No Fee?

Many solicitors offer a "no win no fee" service whereby you don't pay their legal fees if you don't win your case. If you do win, your solicitor gets their legal costs plus a success fee for taking on the risk of your case. Any costs that cannot be recovered from the party who caused the accident, would be paid by you from the compensation money you received. Therefore a CFA can leave you with very little compensation money.
Don't worry, there is a solution, it's 100% compensation!

What is 100% Compensation?

The principle of 100% compensation means that you get to keep all the money the judge awards you when you win your court case. This is not the same as no win no fee. No win no fee simply means you will not be charged if the case loses. 100% of your compensation means simply "no fee".

What a great amount of tips. It is a shame that many people are unaware of how the law works and how they get ripped off by not knowing all the facts. If you are in an accident and you had no fault in it, there is no reason why you should not receive 100% compensation.
