For the movie Twilight: Eclipse, he was considered to be too skinny for the role of Jacob Black, so he took action and made sure he got the part in Eclipse, by henching up his body in a matter of 9 months, which is a great feat, and shows great passion for what he loves to do. This was the difference for him in making a lot of money, and giving him popularity all over the world, or going down and disappearing completely from the scene!

After everything I have written so far, I hope you can see that it does take a lot of motivation to get into top shape, so I had to get that cleared up first, it isn't an easy journey, but it's worth every second you put into it, once you have a goal set in your mind, you can achieve that, just like young Taylor Lautner!

A skinny person will need to eat more, make sure it's healthy for better benefits, but make sure the workouts are hard and intense, this way the muscles will grow! You can achieve fat loss and muscle gain all at the same time, so do not think it's not possible at all!
A great way to cut down on calories yet put on muscle is Intermittent Fasting, this is a method where you fast 2-3 times a week on a 24 hour basis, by eating healthy too will lead you to keep fat off and pack muscle on, the way this works is, if you eat a meal at 9pm on a Tuesday, and on the Wednesday you will eat at 9pm again, this is a 24 hour fast, and you get all the benefits of fat loss and other health benefits too!
