The steps to the Cross-Body Crunch are:

1. Lay flat on your back and have your knees bent at a 60 degree angle.

2. Loosely keep your feet flat on the floor and place your hands behind your head. This is the starting position.

3. Curl up your body and bring your right elbow along with your shoulder across your body while bringing your left knee in toward your left shoulder at the same time.

4. Reach with your elbow and try to touch your knee. Remember to exhale when doing this exercise.

5. Lower down to the starting position, and inhale. Repeat the movement with the left elbow and the right knee.

6. Continue doing alternating sides for 16 reps.

Definitely one of the best exercise to get a six pack quick.

The steps for this exercise are:

1. Begin on the push-up position except your elbows should be on the ground and resting on your forearms. Keep your arms bent at a right angle.

2. Arch your back instead of keeping it straight.

3. Raise your butt towards the ceiling, while doing so you should be squeezing your abs tightly to close the distance between your ribcage and hips. Exhale when you lower your butt down.

4. Repeat this movement for 10 to 12 reps.
