When you love your boyfriend and you break his trust, it can feel as though you're drowning in guilt. Hurting the person you love most in the world is never good. You wish you could undo your mistake but obviously that's just not possible. What you can do is work towards rebuilding the lost bond and reconnecting with him. Although it may feel like there's no hope for the two of you right now, there is. You can get your boyfriend's trust back if you understand the necessary steps you need to start taking now.
First of all, you have to believe that you'll get him back. Don't think that you might, maybe, hopefully bring him back. Believe with all your heart and have confidence that you will. Maybe in your situation it's a little hard to believe this because the relationship might seem so damaged that he isn't even talking to you but don't let this worry you. Even if there is little or no communication between the two of you, you can get back your boyfriend.
But what if he's already dating someone else? Again don't let this worry you either. You need to forget about him, okay, well just act like it. This will make him interested in you again. Plus there are so many good memories shared between the two of you that he hasn't shared with that witch, I mean girl, or anybody else for that matter.

Another thing you don't want to lose is too much weight. This is what happened to me, I was so depressed I couldn't even eat, went from 120 lbs. to 97 lbs. Oh boy. Please try your best to be strong and keep yourself together.
