The 3 Secret Steps to Getting Bigger Biceps
Frequency
Biceps are one of the smaller muscles in the body and it can be over trained. So you do need to limit the amount of stress placed on them.
You cannot train your biceps more than once a week. Take note: You muscles grow when they are at rest, not when you are working them out. You break down the fibers when you place them under stress and they begin repairing themselves when they are at rest.
This is where the "more is better" crowd will lose every time! Stick to only one targeted arms workout per week and you'll give them the much needed recovery time to pack on new muscle.

Increase Your Range of Motion for Bicep Size
Maximizing your size increase comes directly from tearing the fibers of the complete muscle. Which means you need to complete full range of motion reps. This is where the isolation freaks will start to say I am wrong, but it's the truth.
Less weight can be better for you when you want to add mass to your bi's. Seriously, you have to lift properly. Too many times we flop around with excess weight which discourages muscle stimulation. Take less weight and do full range of motion complete reps.
Start each rep with your arms fully extended, yes it's harder, but it's one of the secrets no one tells you about.

- Hiiii, I just wanted to say that I appreciate your tips n advice, Im injured at the time so I just figured that i should be working on stuff that im capable of training. the resting part seems a little strange 2 me, is it really true that u should only train your biceps once a week, Im doing it 3-4 times a week n I really noticed a big difference.. I know that rest is a big part of muscle building but I feel like once a week is a little weird..another question is, do u know any exercises that you can do at home n not at the gym, that trains ur biceps, for instance: Push ups n so on,.. Plz reply.. // RockY..
