    Great lens. I've been trying this due to a site I came across that you might be interested in: http://butterbeehappy.com/ The site proposes actively writing down 5 things a day that make you happy. I did it for a month and found that my entire attitude changed dramatically and that thereafter, I became actively conscious of feeling happy. You make great life-change suggestions. Excellent lens.

    Thank you! Yes, I joined Butterbeehappy. It is good but I do the appreciation thing in my journal every day so it was just repetition. Good site for those who don't want to write things down. The weekly summary is nice and allows you to re-read all the lovely stuff!

    This lens is brilliant! This is going to be a good day! : ) Thank you for inspiring me and cheering me up, as well! I heard once that love is the opposite of fear and fear is the opposite of love. Not sure if it's true, but I've tried feeling both at once and it just does not work ; ) Thank you for posting this!

    Absolutely loved this lens! I try to start and end my days saying this very phrase.. even though I live with negative people, it always seems to keep me focused on all the good things in my life, no matter how small. Thanks for making this, I'm sure I will be back often, to remind myself this is the only way to stay focused!

    Wow! Brilliant lens.

    I have just had a rampage of anticipation and it felt soooo good! It is a fantastic feeling know that only good comes to us.
