Get High Now - Without Drugs

Over 175 ways to alter consciousness without drugs!
Yes! You can get high on LIFE without drugs. There are dozens of things you can do to alter consciousness - for relaxation, energization, inspiration, and FUN.
Most people find altering their conscious state a bit of fun, as seen by the massive illegal drug trade. Many of us prefer to get high naturally. How many of you have heard about people who get high on being out in nature? No wonder camping is so popular!
Children even want to get high. How many have you seen twirling around in a circle until they can't even stand up? That's a perfect example of how to get high without drugs.
James Nestor is the author of this book about getting high. He's collected over 175 ideas about how to alter consciousness naturally, without drugs.

Get High Now
Here's a few ways to get high now
All instructions are detailed in James Nestor's book.
Note: He cautions that not every method is appropriate for every person. Some methods are not okay for people with epilepsy. Others are possibly dangerous for people with asthma. Use reasonable caution and read the instructions in the book first!
James Nestor found over 175 ways to get high without drugs. Here are four of them:
-
Hypnagogic Induction - that strange, lucid, inspiring place between sleep and waking. James Nestor suggests a method for entering and prolonging the experience, and also discloses how Thomas Edison did it!
-
Phosphene High - an internal light show thanks to the method advocated by Sir Thomas Newton. This is called "Prisoner's Cinema" in the book because apparently prisoners in solitary confinement also have this experience.
-
Ants - a lot of kids in Dubai were smoking a local variety of red ants to get a mild euphoria, but it is illegal as of March 2008. Southern California Indians ate ants of an unknown variety. They consumed ants alive and wanted them to bite the inside lining of the stomach to produce ritual hallucinations. I will definitely pass on this one.
-
Breathing - a Tantric exercise, Sun Breath / Moon Breath, produces different states of consciousness depending on which nostril you breathe through.

Not necessarily a need, but it seems to be a prerequisite to awaken!

Well, I have taken most of the illegal drugs out there, I'm a recovering alcoholic/addict, I have always been into consciousness/the idea of astral projection/lucid dreaming stuff like that, I've never had any success with it though.
I have not used/drank for 14 years now, but I have experienced highs, like last year when I did some Kundalini yoga, afterwards I felt like i was on acid, and another time when i did it, i felt like I had smoked grass. another time during a theta healing workshop, I felt like I had taken heroin, and I do Zhan Zhuang Chi kung every day, and when I do the gentle movements, I feel like I've had a few drinks/lightly stoned, for a couple of minutes or so.
Amygdala clicking - neil slade.com, this is awesome, I've been doing it for 10 years now, it makes you more empathic, intuitive, creative, intelligent.

how to remove your ego and all fear forever, after doing this technique for a few months, one day I clicked my amygdalas and felt really stoned, (like marijuana) for a couple of minutes afterwards
I think that as long as you are not blocking out your emotions then it's ok, and makes your experience richer.

I'm aware that many people like to drink alcohol to alter consciousness, and that is legal... but there are so many better ways. Problem is, they all require an effort. Why is alcohol so much more popular? I will say that altering consciousness is a fascinating part of life, especially using many of the techniques found in James Nestor's book. I find it interesting that our culture teaches that it is wrong yet provides a poisonous substance like alcohol for the masses.

Well, the way you put the question - I have to agree: it's not evil to get into an altered state of living. I do think it's better to get there without drugs and also not to get addicted to them, but it's very unhealthy and unnatural to never experience a high AT ALL.

No. It is evil, bad, terrible, horrible, awful. Or something like that.

I do something called iDosing, and i have done drugs before. iDosing gets me what i need and it does nothing to my body physically. You should look into it.
