Increase Targeted Web Site Traffic

I know, I know, you`ve tried that, and it wasn`t so nice. You did not start to get huge amounts of traffic, neither that traffic was so targeted.

Ok, let me tell you one thing. The obvious thing why 90% of the marketers fail to drive massive amounts of traffic, while answering questions. And the thing is - THEY DO IT ALL WRONG!

Now, the goal when answering other people`s questions, is NOT to get as many links to your sites as possible, in every possible answer you provide.

The goal is to get traffic. To get people believe in what you say, and get them to the solution, or information page!

Two best places that always work best for us, are the the Yahoo Answers (answers.yahoo.com), and Yedda.com.

Both of these websites are community based, and you have to provide value in everything you do. Those websites are NOT there because they want you to advertise your pages for free in there! Those websites are there because their business is to provide value to their customers! And they LET YOU provide that value, by letting you have a link to your web site, on your answer.

Once again - you need to PROVIDE VALUE, to be able to get traffic from these websites.

But - there are a few things that separate successful marketers, and unsuccessful ones, who do market their sites on these places.

Make sure you follow each and every step outlined below. If you do things correctly, just 30 minutes of work every day will bring you hundreds of targeted visitors daily.

Those who think that just by answering some questions per day and putting their links in the answer twice, will do the job, will get disappointed. Things do not work like that. If you do this, you will get your accounts banned pretty soon. Because these questions-answers websites do not want plain marketers. Remebmer, their main goal is to provide value to their customers.

Over the past two years, we learned the system how to do it right. The system is really easy to follow, but make sure you follow the steps exactly as they are. This way you will save your accounts from getting banned.

Ok, so first, you will need to create your accounts. And keep in mind, the Yahoo Answers have the "Levels" you go through. The higher the level of your account, the better position you have as an authority. And you go up the levels by getting points, which are given to you for answering questions. Each answered question equals 2 points, and each answer, if chosen as the best answer, gets 10 points.

Now, here are the rules you MUST follow, for this strategy to work.

Yahoo! Answers work very similar to Yedda.com, although this website is much more strict with their rules. This is why we suggest the strategy for Yahoo Answers first, but we recommend to follow the same step-by-step process, for Yedda.com as well.

1. Limit the number of ANSWERS daily.
Make sure you do not answer more than 20 questions per day, and best thing to do is answer just a random number of questions. One day - 15, the other one - 19, and so on.

2. Limit the number of LINKS daily.
Make sure you only insert your link on every 5th answer. That means, you have to answer 4 questions and not have any links in your answers, and only have a link to your website, on every 5th answer.

3. Know WHERE to insert the links.
I see many, many people inserting a few links in their answers. One - in the body of the answer, and another one - in the "what`s your source" field. Make sure you have NO LINKS in the body of the answer. Include one link to your website in the "source" field only. And only once.

4. Try NOT to Link To The Same Website In Every Answer.

The best thing to do would be to link to 4-5 DIFFERENT websites per day. But in reality, you might only have 2 or 3 websites to promote. So just make sure none of them is linked to more than twice per day.

5. Do Not Insert AFFILIATE Links.

Ok, this is obvious. And this would definitely get your account banned, so make sure you don`t do that.

Help the People FIRST!

Your goal when answering questions, is to get people interested. Do not promote anything to them. Just andwer their question! Your goal is to sound interesting, be original, and provide value. If you do this correctly, you will be getting answers traffic for years to come.

Now, traffic by itself is obviously the most important part of the business. But another one - actually the first one you should think about, when building a business, is WHERE to drive that traffic to.

Now, these can be landing pages, squeeze pages, just simple blogs, or web pages. And many of them work, but the best so far is the list building. Because it is an asset you can have for the rest of your life.
