How to get rid of lower belly fat? There are such lovely names for it....pooch, beer belly, spare tire...and others I won't mention. To lose lower belly fat (much kinder name don't you think?) is a goal of millions of us.

When you gain a little weight and it makes all your body parts a little larger...that's one thing. But when you gain weight and your middle decides to take a leading role then getting rid of that lower belly fat becomes a real mission in life.

Why it cannot be proportionate to the rest of our bodies....a mystery for all time. All I really care about is making sure it disappears .

For us women the danger of being asked if you are pregnant is enough to put the fear of God in you when it comes to trying to take it off. The trick is to know what the key is to losing your belly fat.
