If you are already in pretty good shape, then you might want to try running a couple of miles a day. If the thought of running to the end of the block, let alone a couple of miles, already makes you want to give up, then try walking. Replace half an hour that you would spend watching television with a half hour walk. If you do this every night, then you will begin to see reduction in your man boob size within a month or two. Aerobic exercise does not mean that you have to put on spandex and hop around at a gym. Simple walks also qualify and can improve your health and help you lose weight.

Exercise Your Chest

To add muscle to your chest, you will need to try exercises that focus on the chest. If you have a gym membership, then there are several machines there that you can use.
