How to use coupons to get free groceries! The coupon doesn't have to be specifically an offer for a "Free" item for you to be able to get free groceries. What you do is stack instant cash back offers with your store coupons and manufacturer coupons.

I get stuff free very often myself - just the other day I was able to get 5 bottles of conditioner free. The conditioner was on sale for $1.00 and the store doubles coupons. I had .50 cent off coupons that doubled to a dollar, and voila! Free products! I love the confused look on the cashier's faces when they see my pile of groceries and the small total.
