LungesYou've certainly noticed the attractive, outgoing, spokes models at shopping malls, trade shows, and other promotional events, and I'm sure you're wondering how they achieve such a great looking body. It is no secret; these promotional girls earn a healthy compensation for looking good. If you're a young woman seeking to achieve the body of an attractive promotional model, follow this intense workout.

Remember: A repetition (rep) is one time lifting of the weight. A set is a group of reps. In this case; performing jumping jacks for 30 seconds is considered a repetition. Performing all exercises including jumping jacks, running in place, high knees and mountain climbers for 30 seconds each will count for one set.

Workout:

Warm up :
Exercise -- Time Elapsed

Jumping Jacks for 30 seconds
Running in Place for 30 seconds
High Knees for 30 seconds
Lunges for 30 seconds

For the first 4 minutes, perform two sets of these exercises without rest. On your second set, perform the exercises at a faster pace, and then rest for 30 seconds. During your rest, grab a sip of water and stay active, as you want to keep your heart rate up.

Stretching:

Quad stretchExercise -- Time Elapsed

Lying hamstring stretch for 20 seconds
Side lunges for 20 seconds each side
Quadriceps stretch for 20 seconds
Sitting squat stretch for 20 seconds
Lying quadriceps stretch for 20 seconds
Standing calf stretch for 20 seconds

After completing the stretching stage, grab a sip of water and head straight into the workout.

Workout:

LungesExercise Time Elapsed
Push ups 30 seconds
Lunges 30 seconds
High Knees 30 seconds
Squats 30 seconds
Triangle push ups 30 seconds

Perform this workout twice, resting for 30 seconds after your first set. On your second set do maximum repetitions. Then grab a sip of water and rest for 1 minute. Do not exceed your rest period as you want to keep your heart rate up.

Workout (continued):

SquatsExercise Time -- Elapsed

Squat jumps for 20 seconds
Triangle push ups for 20 seconds
Butt kicks for 20 seconds
Rest for 30 seconds
Single leg squat for 20 seconds
Hold squat for 20 seconds
Plank holds for 20 seconds

Perform this workout twice, resting for 30 seconds after your first set. Your must push yourself for second set performing maximum repetitions. Then cool down. Finish your workout with simple stretches, such as the ones listed above.
