Stay Cool and Be Strong:
I know it hurts a lot and makes you even sad and sometimes cry but you need to remember one thing, that's not going to make you get back with your ex. This is the time you show that; you are strong and very much bold enough to face it. At least pretend that you got over your break up issue.The fact of being cool is acting something like nothing really had happened that would bother you in anyway. It's very important you stay cool coz it's the only key to make you think positively and think beyond the possibilities.

In either case you are not supposed to crumble into pieces coz it's not the end of the world which you might think at this point but actually its not. You can do that by getting a diversion, like* Going out for parties
* Hanging out with friends
* Renewing or starting a hobby
* Focusing more on your work or studies
* Going out of station
* Making new friends
Don't think that these things will make you forget your ex or the other way. These things will give you and your ex to think about your relationship. The only thing you both are going to forget are the sadness of being not together.
