Over the last few years I have purchased and attempted to stick to and follow so many diet e-books only to find that most of the ingredients were hard to track down. I found myself on a wild goose chase trying to find an alternative substitute. Dieting Became Extremely HARD WORK, Losing Weight....I have lost count of the amount of times I have Failed!!!
I have tried and tested many Diets, some were so boring I that I only managed to stick to them for a week or two tops.
