The first thing your going to have to start getting lean and trim is to get get your thinking right.
There is no real quick fix to weight lose that will be permanent.
You need to get yourself in the mind set that you are going to find a good diet and exercise plan and you will stick with it and see it through to the end.I am not talking some crazy diet plan where you eat nothing but celery and cabbage all day for the rest of your life,that will never work!

This goes also for your exercise program.You cannot get some workout program that has you running all day and lifting weights all night!
That is not only almost impossible to stick with ,you would end up not having a life,and what in the heck would you need to look good and be healthy for!
