Get More Buyers is the new training program by Michael Rasmussen. I am going to put my honest opinions on it right here when I am done testing the preview copy that I managed to get hold of.
It promises to teach you how to build a super responsive list of buyers, instead of a huged dead list. Sounds good, we'll seee if it is. Keep your eyes open.
The most basic but important lesson about list building is that you build a highly relevant list of eager buyers, not just a realyl big list of random people. The more focused you get the more money you make, simple as that.

Get More Buyers with list marketing 

The jaded marketer

Ah yes the jaded mind of the online marketer...

We have seen every tacky headline, we know they are there to grab our attention and many marketers seems to care little that the content of the text has little to do with the headline. OK, I am drifting off here. But still, this was the thought that came to mind when I got the letter from my friend Michael Rasmussen. There's another cliché right there - did you spot it?

He said "don't build a list" and I went oh here we go again, list marketing is dead, Adsense is dead, Adwords is dead, Yahoo is dead, the Guru is dead, everything seems to be dead these days, I feel lucky to be alive on this veritable grave yard.

Anyway the sub headline got my attention. And this time I was given a video to watch instead of reading some long, boring salesy text. Yes I am easily bored. Blame my adhd. Anywho, the video is really nice, there is a lot of real content in there.

So is list marketing dead?

No, very much alive and kicking, thank you. What IS dead thou is wrong. Come again? Dead wrong, is what I mean. Most online marketers trying to build a profitable list is doing it all wrong, this is what you will learn from watching Michaels video. For example, list building is not a Who has the biggest (list, that is) contest. This is where many go wrong with the idea of bigger is better. He explains why you want to focus on a laser targeted tightly super focused list of buyers. Yes, buyers. Not freebie seekers filling up your precious list.

Don't worry, it's not that long, and it is not an infomercial going on and on about something you should buy. Yes he will be releasing a product in the near future, and yes I think it is excellent (having received the review copy) and I will be talking about it more here on my lens. But you do not need to buy anything to get the excellent video information.
