I began to learn about moles and honestly, I did not think there was anything I could do about it, and this was partly due to cost. I had a mole removed from my leg about a year earlier. Prescription or Over-The-Counter Medications have been used but as I researched these I learned that they are based on acids and this increases the chance of scarring. My mole was on a very visible part of my face and a scar could have potentially been worse than the mole.
