Using Get Satisfaction to create a Business support community

All companies should provide customer services. This can be my direct one to one by telephone or email. The problem is if the same question is made a few days later, the same procedure has to be done again. Another method is to provide a support Blog, not very customer friendly. FAQ's are a good idea, but need to be updated with new questions and answers.

A solution to providing good customer service is to create an online community that lets customers and visitors ask a question and company staff or other people provide the answers. It is in effect, a live FAQ area.

Providing customer support is a Global 24/7 operation

The company is located at Get Satisfaction There is a free version and monthly plans for the corporate user. More information will be added here when details are available.

What makes this company very special, is the support. I received a phone call from the company based in San Francisco, was I happy with the product, could they help with anything. How many companies care that much?
