A website is necessary but useless by itself!

If you build it they will come is a nice line but it never made anyone any money! The fact of the matter is that businesses who build relationships with their customers will get the loyalty that they need to survive in a competitive world!

What Am I Talking About? 

You know that relationships make you real.

Your customers are your best way to get more customers. If you treat them well, they will tell their friends about you!

They can also be your worst enemy!

If you are not quality conscious, do not do what I am saying because you will drive yourself out of business. People will tell more people about a bad experience that they have had with you than a good one. That is a fact that too many businesses have found out the hard way.

Offline businesses are at a crossroads! Millions of businesses are strictly advertising locally and offline (online ads as a bonus from offline newspaper advertising don't count) and surviving. In fact, many may feel that they are doing well enough to totally ignore the online world. It is to those that I am speaking when I say you have built your outhouse on top of the mineshaft!

You could be reaping some very powerful rewards that could make a difference in your business the likes of which you can only imagine! Picture a day when your business has no ups and downs but a steady flow of business with your advertising dollars actually being generated automatically. Your bottom line looks healthier than you've ever seen it because you have cashflow from sources outside the normal course of your day to day operation and in some cases this cashflow could outperform your traditional business.

This is not a dream, I watch people do this all the time and the surprised looks on their faces is a testament to the extreme power of the methods I am teaching my clients. Simply advertising locally using Radio, Newspaper and Television is no longer the formula for successful business anymore.

Readership in print media has hit an all-time low because the attention span of the population is already short - targeted by millions of sources of information, not the least of which is their cellular telephone. Radio is good, but the new "HD" stations that are popping up serve to dilute the already massive choices of stations that could be capturing their attention and your advertising dollars. Television is expensive - it works as long as your advertisement is crafted properly and repeated continuously. So the real issue is no longer whether you should be online, but rather how to go about doing it. I hear these web sharks out there who just sell businesses websites and I cringe... A website is only on pebble in the brick of the foundation to a good online campaign. In fact, if you are using a traditional static web page with a fancy flash header and a lot of "on page" SEO, you are getting taken for a ride like a hobo with his belt caught on a boxcar.

Imagine a system that can build a base of loyal fans of your business who actually want to talk about you to their friends and drive more people to your store. What is that kind of loyalty worth?
