Is Getting Pregnant After Miscarriage more difficult than any other time? Not necessarily if you learn a holistic method for getting pregnant and have been cleared by your family doctor to try getting pregnant again.
Are you still grieving the loss of your baby or worried about how to avoid losing your next pregnancy? There are three things you should know:
1. You must grieve to sort through your feelings. I found that long slow walks every day worked the best for my grief.
2. You need to put yourself first. When I returned from the walks, I would put on a big smile for my family. Walking, meditating, and other relaxation techniques, such as yoga, speed up grieving and make you healthy for conceiving after a miscarriage. I know my family was actually happier when I would go for the walks - it gave them a break too.
3. Conceiving after miscarriage can actually remove the helpless feelings and heal heartache. Take the time to understand your feelings and be physically repaired from the miscarriage d&c. Planning for a baby will fill your time and actually improve your chances of pregnancy after miscarriage. For example, the monthly cycle varies and you need to know the signs.

Getting Pregnant Right After Miscarriage
A Possible Way to Manage Grief
As difficult as it may be for you now, I feel you must complete the five steps of grief before getting pregnant right after miscarriage. I will be as sensitive as I can because I know you are hurting. Here's the deal, when you are grieving, your body and mind are stressed. Intense grief may interfere with ovulation. Grief does not create a good place for a fetus to thrive happily. True, some women gradually adjust before the new baby is born, but suppose you can't. It's not fair to you, your family or the future baby for you to not have the time to grieve. Let me show you what worked for me to grieve quickly.
If you have more ideas, please post a comment for others. And remember that grieving is a healing process. Just like an open wound, your heart needs time to heal from within before getting pregnant after a miscarriage.
Step 1: Denial and Isolation: Coping with miscarriage in the beginning by withdrawing from family and friends is totally natural. This is the reason I took long walks after dinner. It gave me my space to accept the situation without the chatter of family trying to console me. Being alone a few hours each day for a week or two is good. Try your best to limit it to no more than three weeks. If you cannot go for walks, then do something alone that is mindless, such as a jigsaw puzzle or a craft. Have a quiet place alone to think and accept the loss in your heart.
Step 2: Anger: You may be mad or snippy with family while you sort though your thoughts. Some women blame themselves and this is very destructive. Remember that anger is another step in the process to full acceptance. Your best approach is to understand that the anger and frustration you feel is with your situation and not with a person. So how do you change your situation? I started a journal to plan getting-pregnant. It was very difficult at first; I cried a lot. Then one day I really was in a planning mood instead of depressed.
Step 3: Bargaining: We all have had moments of pain when we bargain with God. I said I will go to church every week if you help me. I always knew that I had to help myself, but I wanted relief and begged that this would not happen to me. Well, I am telling you God does not give you anything you cannot handle. It's that simple - no need to bargain, just accept the idea that something went wrong. A miscarriage is a sign that there may be a problem, and it is best if you try to figure out what it was so you will not have difficulty getting pregnant after miscarriage.
Step 4: Depression: I felt numb with my anger and sadness. I was an emotional mess. When the miscarriage bleeding started, I was in Step 1, denial, after a few more hours, I realized that it was happening and there was nothing anyone could do. This is a very important part of the healing process - your brain is protecting your body from the stress of uncontrolled fear, anger, and panic. It is definitely a valley, but it is the last valley before acceptance, the final step. Recognize it as being your lowest point and be thankful that it is ending. I found that after the miscarriage d&c, I was very depressed. The doctor mentioned it was the hormones returning and balancing. So your depression may be from grief, from hormones, or just exhaustion. Work at taking walks or other mindless tasks, and it will go away.
Step 5: Acceptance: One evening while I was walking I saw a beautiful hawk fly across a pink and blue sunset sky. I could not take my eyes off of it. It was hypnotizing. I watched the hawk float and search the ground. What was it looking for? It was at that moment that I realized I was more interested in the world than my personal pain. A few weeks earlier the hawk was probably there, and I never saw it. I was too angry and depressed. That day I saw the hawk and it was a beautiful day.

Ovulation After Miscarriage
What are the signs?
The key to getting pregnant after miscarriages is to know the signs of ovulation after miscarriage because your hormones are not balanced for a few cycles. Women are fertile several days a month and the most fertile before and after ovulation. Most doctors will tell you to wait a full cycle before getting pregnant again after miscarriage. Many doctors say two to three months is best because it allows the wall of the uterus to heal. There are several ways to determine ovulation and these are two methods:
Counting Days: Fourteen days after you ovulate, your period starts is the rule. However, some women start their period as late as 19 days after ovulation. Most women have a regular cycle from 26 to 32 days. You will need to use your math to calculate when you personally ovulate. You may need two to three full cycles before you can be sure of dates to get pregnant after miscarriage. This method is low-tech and a little unreliable.
Basal Body Temperature: Recording your temperature every morning before you get out of bed will pinpoint when you ovulate each month. Your temperature will rise about a half of a degree, There are special themometers for taking basal body temperature. For the next two to three days the basal temperture rises, then drops to start the cycle again. Be aware that amount of sleep, alcohol, sickness, and stress can elevate your temperature too.
Getting Pregnant Tips
5 Possible Causes for Women
Here are the top 5 causes:
1. Endometriosis. This is an unusual medical condition caused by endometrial cells growing outside the uterus. The growth of these cells is painful and associated with infertility. The exact reason for the phenomena is unknown. For relief of pain, doctors recommend removal of the cells through surgery. Successful removal of the endometrial cells on the ovaries should create an environment for successful pregnancy. In some cases the cells grow back.
2. Reserve of eggs too low. This is when the woman has a smaller than average reserve of eggs remaining in her ovaries. When women get older than 30 or have a long term illness, the quality of their eggs suffers. A woman with these problems will experience this particular difficulty getting pregnant.
3. Ovulation disorders. How often and when you ovulate varies from woman to woman. In some risky cases women may miss 3 to 4 periods a year. If this is the problem, the timing of insemination accounts for difficulties getting pregnant.
4. Low progesterone level. During the menstrual cycle, women produce progesterone, a steroid hormone. It signals the uterus to change and prepare the lining to support a pregnancy. If your doctor has diagnosed this medical condition, artificial progesterone is available in pill form.
5. Malnutrition. It stands to reason that an undernourished or improperly nourished body will have difficulties in getting pregnant after miscarriage. A woman's diet is very important for the health of her unfertilized eggs and the uterus.

Getting Pregnant After Early Miscarriage
It is true that getting pregnant after early miscarriage may be difficult because your ovulation cycle may not be predictable. One of the signs of an early miscarriage is an unusually heavy flow. it is best if you record these as possible miscarriages to be able to provide your health professional complete medical history. If you have repeated early miscarriages, it is possible that there is a genetic problem and surgery may correct the issue. Or it may mean that you need to improve your overall health to be able to carry full-term baby.
The most important idea to keep your situation in perspective is this: you only need one heathy egg and one healthy "swimmer" for conception. Your goal needs to becoming the healthiest that you ahve been in your life.

A lot of women are just exhausted because they have fitful or interrupted sleep. The most common causes are:
1. Too much caffeine during the day. Not only does caffeine cause you to stay awake, it can cause many other health related issues. There is a urban legend that caffeine is the root cause of benign breast lumps. With enough bad publicity about caffeine maybe it is time to eliminate all caffeine from your diet while trying to get pregnant.
2. Eating dinner too late. Food digestion requires energy and eating late at night can cause you to toss and turn to aid in the digestion. Or to just get comfortable with a full belly! Try to eat healthy dinner and not eat anything but a very small snack before bedtime. Avoid spicy foods too.
3. Snoring - yours or your bed partner's. Snoring is caused by constricted airway and the vibration of the soft tissue in the back of your throat. Some people use a pillow wedge or a stop snoring device to open the airways. Read about one of more flexible solutions by clicking on this link: My Snoring Solution Review
4. Too much stimulation before bedtime - TVs, lights, music. Researchers have found that it takes approximately 15 minutes to fall asleep under optimum conditions: comfortable bed, dark room, and some relaxation activity before lights-out, such as soft music or warm milk.
5. Lack of Exercise. It is important to have daily exercise, such as walking, which can burn off calories, relieve stress, and create tiredness - the desire for rest and sleep.
