Getting Rid Of Pimples - What a Nightmare!

The worst is facial acne. Some people also suffer from acne on their back, arms or chest, but you can cover it up under your clothes. Your face is exposed to the world. You can't really sport a ski mask as part of your regular wardrobe. I know when my face was broke out badly that I felt like that was all people were thinking about when they looked at me. Thinking that they were judging me by my skin.

Getting rid of pimples on your face is easier, however, pimples on your face are much more likely to resurface. All kinds of things can affect pimples, causing irritation or clogging your pores such as air pollution, dust, make up and shaving.

When your pores get clogged with dead skin cells or sebum, bacteria jumps at the opportunity to increase in the sebaceous follicle. Then in time the follicles turn to nasty whiteheads or blackheads.

Do you find yourself going tanning in attempts to clear up your skin? I know I do. I use that as my excuse as to why I need to tan, however, the sun exposure risks are not worth it when you learn that sun does not cure acne. The UV rays will only dry the outer layers of your skin, you end up peeling and then the acne just returns. If you get too much sun exposure you may also make you a candidate for skin cancer. So the next time you think about going tanning just to clear up your face, ask yourself if it's really worth it.
