Getting rid of warts - Cryosurgery
The application of an extremely cold material to kill diseased or abnormal tissue is called Cryosurgery. Conditions that can be treated by cryosurgery but not limited to are moles, warts, skin tags, Morton's neuroma, small skin cancers and solar keratosis. Liquid nitrogen is the cooling solution used in freezing the lesions. The abnormal tissue is sprayed by an extremely cold liquid through a tube (cryoprobe) or just by applying the solution directly onto the skin using a foam or cotton swab. A common treatment used by dermatologists in getting rid of warts is either by electro-cauterization or by cryosurgery. What cryosurgery does is it uses liquid nitrogen to freeze or destroy the root of warts. It freezes the blood vessels that are connected in the warts, causing the wart to die and fall off.

The contents are flammable so it must be stored in a dry place away from fire or heat.

But just like with any other form of treatments it too must be used with caution and instructions for its application must be followed thoroughly.
