Getting Traffic and Sales For Beginners

The trick to that is getting users to your site who will read what you have to say and return to your site repeatedly. What makes a user want to view your site again after reading what you had to say the first time? Well, it's a good (if it's not great) content.

You want to start writing on your blog regularly. I do not recommend posting to your blog everyday, but you should be posting at least once a week. This will keep it fresh, and Google will recognize that your site has fresh and relevant content.

Article marketing is a common practice of all internet marketers. Submitting good content article to these directories will increase blog traffic effectively as you will be providing readers links to your blogs. Submit article regularly to article directories, especially Ezine Articles for at least once a week.

Use social media sites to start building relationships and promoting your blog's content on social media sites like Twitter, Facebook, Del.icio.us, and others to increase blog traffic. Many bloggers also have social media accounts and are easy to connect with through social media, so if your email isn't getting a response, try Twitter.

I'm gonna show you one of my traffic-getting strategies that you can use to flood your site with targeted visitors. But before that, make sure that you already have a wordpress blog installed on your domain or sub domain because what I'm about to share are very effective for blog.

While you can take the visitors of other blogs to your money page, you will also gain backlinks. This traffic tactic won't cost you a penny, and it's very easy to comment on someone's blog.

Step #1: Finding Blogs to Comment
Do a google search for related blogs with your main topic. Here's an example of a keyword phrase that you can use:

your niche + blogs

Another way to find related blogs is to use Google Alerts. Use your keywords on Google alert. Google will notice you every time they found a new post/article on the hottest topic from your industry.

Step #2: Make Sure You Drop Comments On High Traffic Blogs
Now, you're going to steal visitors from other blog in a legal way, and if you drop a comment on a do-follow blog, you'll also get a backlink. So, you may want to install Google Toolbar and Alexa Toolbar. Look for blog post with high page rank (at least 2) and low alexa rank. Use this technique to find out a blog post with high traffic.

Step #3: Leave a useful comment
Next thing you need to do is to leave a useful comment on that post. Do NOT drop a generic comment like "Thank You" or "Great Post" as it will not attract other readers to click your link.Not just a comment saying "great post" or "thanks for the information". Use your keyword as your name when you drop a comment, and this is a tactic to get more backlink unless you drop a comment on a no-follow blog.

Step #4: Promoting the Post
The last step is to ping the url of the blog post where you put your comment, then bookmark it to many social bookmarking sites using Social Marker. This will notify Google about your new backlink.

Start using the traffic tactic I've just give you to increase web site traffic to your site. Drop comments on at least 10 blogs a day.
