Diet + Exercise Will Get Rid Of Your Belly Fat 

I know you're probably saying that you've been dieting but still failing to lose those stubborn fats around your belly (especially for women who have already had a baby)

Dieting alone cannot remove those pesky belly fat in women especially because they have been stored there to help you with your pregnancy and other woman stuff.

If you have not breastfed, this is the time for you to realize that you should have. Those fats were stored to assist you during your lactation period. And they were structured to go away easily while you breastfeed your baby.

How did I know? Well, I had some researching done with my wife to keep her fit and healthy.

Let's share with you some exercises to get rid of belly fat you can do from home. They are just simple exercises so you won't have any excuses not do them.

BE SURE to perform some forms of stretching and 10 minutes of cardio exercises before doing these ab workouts so you will pump up blood and warm up your body.

This will release fat burning hormones that would assist in your workouts.
  • Forward lunges - Do 3-5 sets with 8-10 repetitions
    This is a good exercise that would help you strengthen your stomach to get rid of belly fat and fat around your hips and butt. You will know that it is working once you feel the tension in those muscles.
  • After the lunges perform this abs work outs


    Full Sit Ups - 3 sets with 8-10 repetitions
  • Reverse Crunches - 3 sets with 8-10 repetitions
  • Front Plan - 3 sets hold the position for 60 seconds



    After each workout perform a 2-3 minutes cooling down (walking around) lower down your heart rate gradually.

    These exercises would surely strengthen your stomach muscles and the muscles formed inside would burn and get rid of your belly fat.
