The reason you are dating other women is to show that you can easily move on. It is to demonstrate that you do not need her. Women are genetically programmed to seek out high value men who do not actually need them. This is considered being "needy" and it is very unattractive to women.

When you're out on a date, make sure to make it known.

What I want you to do, is end the conversation first. Make small talk with her and don't be an all out asshole to her. Talk for a few minutes about what's new in your life (don't brag about anything!) and then casually say:

"Ah, she's here. I have to take off but I'll give you a call back later".
