Ghostbuster Costumes! Let's Bust Some Ghosts
Children of the 80s grew up idolizing everything Ghostbusters. From the uniform to the proton pack, there were few children (and some adults) who didn't dream of busting some ghosts. Now, most of those children are adults and are, hopefully, raising a whole new generation of Ghostbusters fans. Luckily, you can be a Ghostbuster. All it takes is knowing what to wear and lack of fear. Okay, maybe you can keep the fear.
The Uniform
The job of a Ghostbuster comes with plenty of job hazards. There's being slimed, of course, or being covered in toasted marshmallow. While you might be considering a Hazmat suit for such instances, a better choice would be the Ghostbuster's trademark jumpsuit. Bearing the obligatory "No Ghosts" symbol, this suit shows that you won't put up with any nonsense from the undead. Step into this baby and it's instant respect. No really. It is.
Proton Pack

Used by Ghostbusters to "apprehend" a supernatural being, the proton pack is a must have item for anyone wanting to bust some ghosts. The question is: do you cross the streams or not? Egon was pretty adamant about not crossing the streams, but he was pretty flaky when it came to a giant made of marshmallow.
PKE Meter
A PKE meter serves as a compass when detecting supernatural activity. Want to know if your friend's Corvette is haunted? Turn on your PKE Meter and see if those little handles light up and stand out. Of course, I wouldn't worry too much about that haunted Corvette. Unless you have named her Christine.
Ghost Trap
So you've apprehended that nasty ghost with your proton pack. Now what? You could stand there all day holding him with the streams from the pack, but eventually, you're going to want to sleep, maybe some food or watch the new season of True Blood. What you need is a ghost trap? Flip the switch of this trap with your foot and it opens up, providing you with a safe place to hold the ghost until you can but him away in that containment system.
The Ectomobile

When you get a call from a potential client about a ghostly disturbance, how do you plan to arrive at the scene? Please tell me it's not by Volvo.
What you need is an Ectomobile. Used by the original Ghostbusters to make house calls, this ghost wagon is quite the chick magnet. And by chicks, I mean dead, ghostly ones.

- I love Ghostbusters as a child although I do admit to placing my hands over my eyes during some scary parts. One Christmas I even received some green slime and Ghostbusters glow-in-the-dark stickers as presents. Good lens!
