Overview of G Hotel Manila

Getting bored of the usual golden and lavishly decorated hotel suites and lobbies? Then trod to the G Hotel Manila by Waterfront in Roxas Boulevard, Manila. This chic 4-star boutique hotel pays truth to the saying "GREAT things come from small packages," and "G" in this case obviously stands for GREAT.

G Hotel Manila's 50 rooms and suites are each, in its own, a minimalist work of art. With drapes, pillow cases and covers in minimalist black and white design, starkly combined and contrasted with warm wooden features of its other furnishings, the rooms exude the warmth and hospitality Filipinos are known and loved for.

But it doesn't stop there. Each room is complete with first-class amenities including tea and coffee making facilities, Cable TV with pay-per-view movies, a pantry and a mini bar, DVD player, stereo and high-speed internet access. Guests are entitled to pampering the G. Hotel Manila style which includes breakfast in bed, turn down service, wake up call, shoe shine, room fragrance, complete bath essentials and to top it all, and uniquely at G. Hotel Manila being a boutique hotel, is a 24-hour butler service!

Aside for such creature comforts, G. Hotel Manila also caters to the business class with a stellar Business Center located at the lobby. The center is complete with all business requirements and services which are available upon request. Open from 7:00am to 8:00pm on weekdays and 8:00am to 4:00pm on Sundays and Saturdays, the Business Center is a perfect addition to this already greatly satisfying hotel.

If you get hungry and the 24-hour room service of the hotel can't fill your stomach, G. Hotel Manila has a great selection of fine restaurants that caters to your cravings. For coffee enthusiasts, Cafe Noir serves it with good wine and better Asian fusion dishes. Located at the lobby, this chic black and white cafe has Wi-Fi access and is open from 6:00am to 8:00pm. For light cocktails and snacks, trod to the Mirage up on the seventh floor and be served while dipping your feet in an indoor swimming pool. And several steps from the black and white Mirage is the golden Promenade. Basking in the orange of the sinking Manila Bay sun, the Promenade, delectable gourmet menu, is the perfect venue for those special events and banquets able to sit 120-150 persons.

Aside for in-house attractions, G. Hotel Manila's surroundings are also places one would do well to visit. Reminisce the country and the city's history behind the massive mossy walls of the Old City Intramuros. Capital during the Spanish occupation, it houses old churches, schools, government offices and other historical sites including Fort Santiago where National Hero Jose Rizal was imprisoned before his execution at Bagumbayan (now Rizal Park).

Or, you could immerse in art and aesthetics in the Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) which hosts the country's finest film festivals, theatre productions and art exhibits. Or for the metropolitan pips who could not stay out of touch with pop culture, the world's seventh largest mall and the country's largest is just a 20-minute drive away. The SM Mall of Asia, aside for its numerous stores, stalls, cafes and shops, also features the country's only IMAX Theatre which features film in a unique 3D cinematic experience. It also houses the SM EX Activity Center-host to a number of large events and gatherings.

If that's not enough, bask in the bohemian night life in the bars and clubs at the Malate, Ermita and Remedios districts and come late to a pool party at the Mirage.

Do anything and everything you want. At G. Hotel Manila, GREAT things are 'round every corner. Book now for your Manila Hotels stay!
