Giada De Laurentiis (born August 22, 1970) is an Italian-American chef, currently host of the Food Network program Everyday Italian. De Laurentiis studied at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, France before becoming a professional chef, working in several Los Angeles restaurants, including Wolfgang Puck's Spago. In addition to her cooking show, De Laurentiis has appeared on several Food Network specials.

I love the Butternut Squash Lasagna. I made it two years ago but have lost the written directions and can't find it on the web. The only thing I can find is a video of Giada making it which, while entertaining, is not as good for me.

I'm not an expert in cooking but i think i could be a chef in my own right because of her easy-to-do Italian recipes and desserts.
