2009 Giant Squid Back to School Challenge

The Giant Squids have been busy ... we've recently completed the 2009 Giant Squid Summer School Challenge. Now it's "Back to School" with eight new weekly lensmaking challenges.

Our assignments have included a Consumer Reports lens using the Hey, Monkeybrain template, a Halloween lens using the SquidBoo template, a hobby lens, an open letter lens, and a favorite music lens using the SquidVid template.

Included below are the lenses I created for this challenge, and links to the other lenses that were submitted each week.

Now I wonder why our fellow lensmaster is not sorry she didn't join in for this back to school exercise??? Have you noticed that the assignments we got have been repeated for another group of squids? Well, I surely enjoyed the thought that an old-timer COULD go back to school and not be bounced out on her ear. er, when pigs fly I guess?
