It took me awhile, but after accidently bumping one of my lenses by mistake, I discovered I could rate my lens. Quite frankly, it is not, nor ever has been, my practice to rate or vote for myself for anything. In a lot of venues, people are expected to rate their own work. Is this the case with rating one's lens? What is squid protocol concerning this? If it is expected, I would only want to do what is right.0 points

I'd like a feature to "copy this lens's layout as a template." This would be great for series of lenses. You make lens #1, copy its blank modules as a template, and make another one in the series.

Maybe even a lens series quick builder. You tell it how many lenses you want and which existing lens to copy as a template (blank modules or fill in what's already there -- let us choose).3 points

Mouse click access to background, fonts, enhancements, colors, watermarks, etc., This would help the learning curve of the new, help veterans reduce edit time, and help authors to improve their module appearance overall. I am not sure if all Members understand the "Star Rating" system. I see some quality Lens without a Star, but people are leaving a Comment withou a Rating. It took me awhile to get figure out the Rating system...I also think Chocolate is a great give-a-way idea for a contest ;)

Maybe the Squidoo Angels and/or Giants could highlight lenses to be included as exemplars for different applications of Squidoo.0 points
