    Instead of doing the normal cake thing, we did the giant cupcake for my daughter on her 1st b-day. We just laid down one of those plastic picnic table covers and stuck her in the middle of our dining room table with a giant cupcake in between her legs. She loved it and it was so funny to watch, We got some really cute pictures too. Fun lens!

    I bought one of these cake pans and made the giant cupcake for my son's 8th birthday - it was a big hit!! Next time I'm going to try to put filling inside. Great suggestions and yummy photos :-)

    I love this!! The whole "cupcake" phenomenon missed me completely since I've always loved them and that stayed the same, but I think most of it is a bit out of hand. A giant cupcake though!! Who wouldn't want to get one of those??!! Now if I can just find someone to make one for me! :D

    Does anyone know the cooking instructions for the giant cup cake, I made my first cake today and thought that everthing was ok but the base was very under cooked in the middle (tasted good!!)
