GibLink is a unique online business because it shares a full 70% of every dollar that comes in with you the members. 10% goes towards the Direct Revenue Sharing and another 10% goes to the 100% Direct Revenue Sharing Matching Bonus. Then a full 50% of every dollar is shared among all active members based on how many shares you have. Every one is paid - every month!

Let's start with the different types of shares you can acquire.

Personal Monthly Shares

Personal Monthly Shares are the shares you are awarded each month for being active with gibLink. These are awarded based on which membership plan you are currently on:

Monthly Plan = 1 Personal Share for the month

Quarterly Plan = 3 Personal Shares each month for 3 months (300% more!)

Annual Plan = 12 Personal Shares each month for 12 months (1200% more!!)

The personal monthly shares are awarded each month for that month - they don't carry over to future months. So for example, if you're on the quarterly plan and you just renewed or activated this month you would earn 3 Personal Shares for this month plus you would earn 3 shares for next month and 3 shares for the third month. So in each month you would be paid on 3 Personal Shares.

Matching Monthly Shares

This is where the income part of gibLink gets very exciting. Each time someone you introduce to gibLink decides to become a Pro member you receive a 100% Match on their Personal Shares. These are called Matching Monthly Shares. Now you have the ability to increase the number of shares you are paid on to any level you choose. Sign up a monthly Pro member you earn 1 Matching Share, sign up a quarterly Pro member you earn 3 Matching Shares for 3 months and sign up an annual Pro member you earn 12 Matching Shares for 12 months! Twelve months of income from just one sign-up - that is residual income!

Calculating Share Value

To calculate the actual share value for any given month we take 50% of the total revenue dollars for the company and divide that by the number of shares for the month. For example, if total revenue is $800,000 then 50% or $400,000 would be in the Global Revenue Sharing Pool.

If there were 200,000 total shares awarded for the month then the share value would be $400,000 / $200,000 = $2.00. Then each share would earn you $2.00 for the month.

How Membership Type Affects Share Value

Because we award more shares for longer memberships the mix of memberships affects the share value. Let's look at the share value if all the memberships where of one type. With any $50 Pro membership the revenue in the Global Revenue Sharing Pool is 50% or $25.

All Annual = $25 Pool / 24 Shares (12 Personal + 12 Matching to Sponsor) = $1.05 Share Value

All Quarterly = $25 Pool / 6 Shares (3 Personal + 3 Matching to Sponsor) = $4.17 Share Value

All Monthly = $25 Pool / 2 Shares (1 Personal + 1 Matching to Sponsor) = $12.50 Share Value

Share Values of $1.05 to $12.50

So you can see the share value can swing between $1.05 and $12.50 just based on the membership mix. We have additional revenue sources outside of memberships (gibSales, gRM, paid advertising, etc%u2026) which help to increase share value as well as special promotions and lifetime shares which can lower a monthly share value. Even though Annual and Quarterly membership bring the share value down they increase the stability of our business and reflect a greater commitment to our growing online community.

Don't Wait - then it's Too Late

It's important not to wait till the last day of the month to renew your membership or to sign up that new person you have been working with. You want to do that now so that you have a few days to make sure the transaction is processed.

12-16-07 The Gibline is picking up its pace as members are renewing their memberships since 12-10.
We are seeing more income as a result and soon the quarterly profits will be posted. Yes, Giblink is on the move again and it's growing again!

12-08-07 In a couple of days we are going to see a large increase of repeat members in Giblink. This will push you Giblinkers through the lines faster now and will spur some new members to join. Keep in mind, this is just the beginning and from this point on, there will always be people "rejoining".

12-5-07 Update: It is hoped that the free membership will be available by the end of December.

Giblink has a new Ceo and a new Support Systems Manager. The new CEO appointed by Adam Bernard and Ron Snodgrass is an Internet Veteran, Uri Urasski (not sure of the spelling yet). The new support manager is Jason Joyner. Jason has 10+ years experience in Network Marketing as well.

The number one priority of the new CEO is Customer Service. And Jason tells us he's almost caught up on all the support ticket questions. He's in charge of a much better trained support staff.
