From the lens The Gift of Patience.

Time is one of our greatest assets and I'm honored that you chose to spend time at my lens today. Thank you! If you have a few extra minutes, skip on over to Blogspired, a blog with inspirational posts that will hopefully serve as a detour from the depressing headlines that bombard us.

I'm very thankful that my upbringing nurtured patience in me. I believe my faith and spirituality have a great deal to do with it. Of course, I am human and need to constantly work on this virtue and all others. Thanks for this reminder. :-)

Ah patience is something I am currently teaching my younger children - like how it is OK to sit for 5 minutes and wait for something, without having to get out an electronic game!

This lens is also featured at Children and Parenting HQ.

And this lens has been re-blessed too!

Just revisiting lenses in the Children and Parenting Group to say how proud I am of the quality of lenses in the Group and that I am so glad this is one of them. You have been Blessed by an Angel!

Patience must be practiced -- over and over and over and over. We need to be patient with ourselves as we learn patience! right?

I thought the older we got, the more patient we got but I am not finding that to be true. I have to work on it all the time and think it is more of a struggle now than when I was younger. Great lens and I appreciate the reminder.

Although I promise myself each time I read something of yours that I will set aside some time and just read all you have published like a book..., but that time hasn't yet arrived. I was on squidU and clicked on a new thread there where lensmasters promote other lensmaster's lens that they like and AJ had this listed there. They reveal the lens link only and not the author, but I had a hunch this was yours prior to arriving. As usual you nailed it! Lensrolling to my Inspiration and Determination lens, adding it to the plexo there and stars and a fav

You know, I think it is a little of both -- partly inherited, in your genes, and partly learned as with age has come lots more wisdom and a bit more patience! ;)

Hey you did it again! Another great thought provoking lens. Hope you will submit it to the Children and Parenting Group - it will fit nicely into the "Life's Lessons" section.

Hi Marsha! I know what you mean. I want to fast-forward to get through the hard stuff, but that never works. Patience truly is a virtue. Wish I could bottle and sell it, then drink a case myself!

The older I get I am finding the less patience I have....stopped in from Drifters tweet.
