What does a 9-year-old boy want for a gift?
I have chosen to include things that he has asked for and some things that I know he wants but he didn't think to write down as well as some of his most prized possessions. Hope this helps with your shopping!
Noah is pictured here with his number one request last Christmas. He so wanted a dog and he did get one, just not for Christmas. Max joined our family just a few weeks after Christmas.

the surprise--otherwise, you might just as well hand them some cash and say I don't know (or care) enough about you to be bothered. A thoughtful surprise says you care and keeps the magic in gift-giving, not to mention it helps minimize the growing self-centered-ness of the out-of-control consumption society.

- I have 2 10 year old nephews to buy for and I try to get something they want. It is not easy to surprise them when you don't have any idea what they would like. I am going to add this to my Christmas gift lens. Thanks!

- Great resource lens. My grandson turned nine this year and it was hard to find the right gift for him but a starwars lego was just right apparently. Another grandson turned 10 and got the same as well as my six year old grandson who built the monster starwars when he received it as a Christmas gift. Featured this on Kids Toys

- My 10 year old still loves all of these, especially Lego anything. For a Christmas present I was one of those parents who found the Harry Potter castle for him because that was the ONLY thing he wanted. Great lens!

- That's great of you to post this! I've been looking for gifts for my 9 year old Godson, but he lives in another city, so I wasn't sure what he's into these days. Your list helped a lot!
Thanks

- This is a great idea -- sharing what your 9 year old (and he is so cute!) actually wants or has wanted before for Christmas. I may do similar with my grandchildren's wishes. Relatives who live far away often do not know what to buy for a child.
Our grandson loves anything Lego, too -- and anything Star Wars. He is a bit younger than your son. Super lens idea. I enjoyed reading! Merry Christmas to you and your family!
